Method: This study is a descriptive-comparative study thorough which the executive functions have been compared among five groups. The statistical population consists of all outpatient and inpatient patients affected with acute and chronic schizophrenia and acute and chronic bipolar type I in the manic episode who had referred to the Psychiatry Clinic of Shafa, Rasht. The participants were selected through convenience sampling within 2014-2015 and 60 male patients were selected. Age range of the subjects was 16-50 and they were paralleled in variables of gender, age, and education levels in the groups. Stroop Test and Tower of London Test were administered to all subjects in individual sessions and finally, data were analyzed via using Multivariate Analysis Test and Tukey Follow-up Tests. Findings: Results indicated that there is generally a significant difference (p≤ 0.05) between the groups with acute and chronic schizophrenia, acute and chronic bipolar disorder sufferers in the manic episode with normal people in Wisconsin Card Sorting Test and Continuous Performance Test. Conclusion: Schizophrenic patients had weaker executive function and attention disorder than the Bipolar disorder I patients and normal subjective. And chronicity had a great effect on executive function and attention disorder among the patients.}, keywords = {bipolar I disorder,Executive Function,Schizophrenia}, title_fa = {مقایسه کارکرد اجرایی بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی، دوقطبی نوع یک و افراد غیربیمار در آزمون‌های نوروسایکولوژیک برج لندن و استروپ}, abstract_fa = { ازآنجاکه نقایص شناختی تأثیر قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای بر زندگی مبتلایان به اسکیزوفرنی و اختلال دوقطبی ایفا می‌کند، هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت کارکرد اجرایی و توجه در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی و اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک مزمن و حاد و مقایسه عملکرد آن‌ها با گروه غیربیمار است. روش: این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی ـ مقایسه‌ای است که طی آن عملکرد اجرایی در بین پنج گروه مقایسه شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمام بیماران سرپایی و بستری مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی حاد و مزمن و اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک حاد و مزمن در اپیزود مانیک است که به مرکز روان‌پزشکی شفای رشت مراجعه کرده‌اند. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت در دسترس در سال‌های 1393 ـ 1394 و به تعداد 60 آزمودنی مرد انتخاب شدند. دامنه سنی آزمودنی‌ها 16 تا 50 سال بود و در متغیرهای جنس، سن، میزان تحصیلات به‌صورت گروهی همتاسازی شدند. آزمون‌های برج لندن و استروپ در جلسه‌های انفرادی برای تمامی آزمودنی‌ها اجرا شد و درنهایت داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی توکی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که در سطح معناداری (05/0 p£) بین گروه بیماران اسکیزوفرنی مزمن و حاد با بیماران دوقطبی نوع یک مزمن و حاد در اپیزود مانیک و افراد غیربیمار در آزمون‌های استروپ و برج لندن تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: کارکرد اجرایی و نارسایی توجه در بیماران اسکیزوفرنی ضعیف‌تر از بیماران دوقطبی نوع یک و افراد غیر بیماراست و مزمن شدن بیماری در این اختلالات تأثیر زیادی بر کارکرد اجرایی و نارسایی توجه دارد.}, keywords_fa = {اسکیزوفرنی,اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک,کارکرد اجرایی}, url = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3583.html}, eprint = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3583_bff4bc535adc6033e9406576e1edbd00.pdf} }
