The aim of this study was to investigate the role of mirror neuron on different speeds of mental imagery on basketball dribbling performance. Methods: The research method was semi-empirical and a pretest-posttest design was used. The participants were 30 female students (average age 22± 1.12) selected through a purposive sampling method and categorized in three groups of rapid-speed, equal-speed, and low-speed imagery. Following the basketball dribble function in pretests, the participants were involved in imagery for a period of four consecutive days, and were subsequently tested for the real dribble function in the posttests. They were also subjected to electroencephalographic assessment during imagery, focusing primarily on the reaction of the mirror neurons within the process. The findings were then analyzed using the intragroup analysis of variance. Findings: The results showed that dribble function in all groups improved (p≤0.05). However, investigation of the effect size indicated a significant improvement in the groups with slow-speed and equal-speed imagery compared to those receiving high-speed imagery. Mu rhythm suppression in areas C4 and Cz were observed in all groups (p≤0.05). C3 area was active only in slow-speed group. Conclusions: Mental imagery causes required movements encoding for performing skill in the brain by activating mirror neurons. In brain, this movement encoding leads to facilitation in motor skills.}, keywords = {Basketball Dribbling,imagery,Mirror neurons,Speed,Mental Practice}, title_fa = {نقش نورون‌های آینه‌ای در سرعت‌های مختلف تصویرسازی ذهنی دریبل بسکتبال}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: تصویرسازی ذهنی مهارتی است که یک ورزشکار باید همواره بر روی آن کارکرده و در زمان مسابقه آن را با اعتمادبه‌نفس بالا در جهت رفع استرس و عملکرد بهتر بکار ببرد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش نورون‌های آینهای در سرعت‌های مختلف تصویرسازی ذهنی دریبل بسکتبال است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی است و با استفاده از طرح پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون صورت گرفت. 30 دانشجوی دختر با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با میانگین سنی 12/1±22 سال انتخاب و در سه گروه (تصویرسازی با سرعت زیاد، سرعت برابر و سرعت آهسته) قرار گرفتند. پس از اجرای دریبل بسکتبال در پیش‌آزمون، آزمودنی‌ها چهار روز متوالی به تمرین تصویرسازی پرداختند و سپس اجرای واقعی دریبل به عمل آمد. در پایان نیز در هنگام تصویرسازی ثبت امواج مغزی به عمل آمد و فعالیت نورون‌های آینهای به‌وسیله EEG ثبت شد. از تحلیل واریانس درون‌گروهی برای داده‌های دریبل بسکتبال و نیز فعالیت نورون‌های آینهای استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد همه گروه‌ها در اجرای خود پیشرفت داشتند (05/0>P)؛ با توجه به‌اندازه اثر، گروه تصویرسازی آهسته و برابر عملکرد بهتری را نشان دادند. همچنین مشخص شد که سرکوب ریتم میو در نواحی C4 و Cz در هر سه گروه ملاحظه می‌شود (05/0>P)؛ اما ناحیه C3 فقط در گروه تصویرسازی آهسته فعال شد (01/0=P). نتیجهگیری: تصویرسازی از طریق فعال کردن نورون‌های آینهای موجب رمزگذاری حرکات موردنیاز برای انجام مهارت در مغز شده و این رمزگذاری موجب تسهیل مهارت حرکتی میشود.}, keywords_fa = {نورون‌های آینه‌ای,سرعت تصویرسازی,تمرین ذهنی,دریبل بسکتبال}, url = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3586.html}, eprint = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3586_f218eab8bb6e3293a2a948f2495e3ef2.pdf} }
