Methods: This research was a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest control group. The study population was all women with chronic psychosomatic abdominal pains among whom, 40 patients were selected for this study; ultimately, data were analyzed with 30 patients (experimental group=15 and control group=15). Participants were randomly assigned to 2 groups consisting of 15 participants who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. In this intervention, the experimental group was treated with neurofeedback for 10 weeks (3 times a week for 40 minutes) and the control group received no intervention and was put on a waiting list. Also, experimental and control groups completed the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21 (DASS-21) in pre-test and post-test. Multivariate analysis of covariance was used for data analysis. Findings: The results of covariance analysis showed that neurofeedback therapy had an impact on reducing anxiety and depression (P<0.001). In other words, 53% of depression variation and 57% of anxiety variation in patients were due to neurofeedback, but neurofeedback revealed no effect on stress. Conclusion: It was concluded that neurofeedback could significantly reduce depression and anxiety, but it had no effect on stress.}, keywords = {Neurofeedback,Depression,Anxiety,stress,Psychosomatic Chronic Abdominal Pains}, title_fa = {بررسی اثربخشی درمان نوروفیدبک بر افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس و دردهای شکمی بیماران مبتلا به دردهای شکمی روان‌تنی مزمن}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان نوروفیدبک بر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس بیماران زن مبتلا به دردهای شکمی روان‌تنی مزمن کلینیکی در شیراز بود. روش: این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون ـ پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی زنان مبتلا به دردهای شکمی روان‌تنی مزمن بود که ازاین‌بین نمونه‌ای به حجم 40 نفر انتخاب شدند که ازاین‌بین، پژوهش نهایتاً با 30 نفر (15 نفر گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر گروه کنترل) انجام شد. این افراد به‌صورت تصادفی در 2 گروه 15 نفری در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل گمارده شدند. در این روش مداخله، گروه آزمایش تحت 10 هفته (هر هفته سه جلسه 40 دقیقه‌ای) درمان نوروفیدبک قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد و در لیست انتظار قرار گرفت. همچنین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل پرسشنامه افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس را در مرحله پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون کامل کردند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که درمان نوروفیدبک بر کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی مؤثر بود (001/0>P). به‌عبارت‌دیگر 53 درصد از تغییرات افسردگی و 57 درصد از تغییرات اضطراب آزمودنی‌ها به‌وسیله نوروفیدبک بود؛ اما نوروفیدبک بر استرس تأثیری نشان نداد. نتیجه‌گیری: نوروفیدبک توانست افسردگی و اضطراب زنان مبتلا به دردهای شکمی را کاهش دهد ولی به میزان استرس آنان تأثیری نداشت.}, keywords_fa = {نوروفیدبک,افسردگی,اضطراب,استرس,دردهای شکمی روان‌تنی مزمن}, url = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3783.html}, eprint = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3783_6be00f11909b2251b3f461f5545468b8.pdf} }
