The aim of this study was to compare of Brain Behavioral Activation and Inhibition activity mechanism (BAS/BIS), cognitive flexibility function in substance abuse disorder & normal women. Method: The present study was comparative-causal schemes. The statistical population of this study included all normal and substance dependent women in addiction treatment camps in Isfahan. The sample consisted of 30 dependent women (purposeful sampling method) and 30 healthy women (cluster sampling method). The tools were simple Stroop test software, Wisconsin test software and researcher-made demographic questionnaire. Findings: The results showed that there is a significant difference in Behavioral Activation System (BAS) and cognitive flexibility function. As in Wisconsin's psychological nursing test The drug-dependent group had a weaker performance than the normal group.But there was no significant difference between the two groups at the Behavioral Inhibition System(BIS). Conclusion: used to drug Shows more and longer deficits In the prefrontal cortex of the brain and the psychological nerve functions (executive). Investigating the neuro-behavioral foundations in the drug-dependent community can help the clinicians to use appropriate therapies and Preventive interventions in addiction.}, keywords = {: Brain Behavioral System,Psychological Nerve Functions,Cognitive Flexibility,Addiction}, title_fa = {مقایسه فعالیت مکانیزم های مغزی فعال‌سازی-بازداری رفتاری (BAS/BIS) و کارکرد انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در زنان مبتلابه اختلال مصرف مواد و زنان سالم}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: یکی از آسیب‌های جدی به دنبال سوءمصرف مواد، آسیب مغزی و نقص‌های شناختی است که اهمیت نظری و بالینی اساسی دارد. این پژوهش باهدف مقایسه فعالیت مکانیزم های مغزی فعال‌سازی-بازداری رفتاری و کارکرد انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در زنان مبتلابه اختلال مصرف مواد و زنان سالم انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علّی-مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری شامل دو گروه، کلیه زنان وابسته به مواد در کمپ‌های ترک اعتیاد و کلیه زنان سالم شهر اصفهان بود. بدین منظور با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود و خروج تعداد 30 نفر از زنان وابسته به مواد به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و 30 نفر زنان سالم به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه سیستم فعال‌سازی-بازداری کارور و وایت، نرم‌افزار آزمون عصب روان‌شناختی ویسکانسینو پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی محقق ساخته استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه در سیستم فعال‌سازی رفتاری (BAS) و کارکرد انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت به‌طوری‌که در آزمون عصب روان‌شناختی ویسکانسین گروه وابسته به مواد عملکرد ضعیف‌تری نسبت به گروه سالم داشتند. اما در سیستم بازداری رفتاری (BIS) تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: مصرف مواد مخدر در قشر پره فرونتال مغز و کارکردهای عصب روان‌شناختی (اجرایی) نقایص بیشتر و درازمدت را نشان می‌دهد. بررسی بنیادهای عصبی-رفتاری در افراد وابسته به مواد می‌تواند راهگشای متخصصان در استفاده از برنامه‌های توان‌بخشی شناختی و مداخلات پیشگیرانه در اعتیاد باشد.}, keywords_fa = {سیستم مغزی-رفتاری,کارکردهای عصب روان‌شناختی,انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی,اعتیاد}, url = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_5050.html}, eprint = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_5050_4cb05b9369c07df027f9e694f8607bd3.pdf} }
