Mindfulness-based group cognitive therapy is one of the effective treatments, and transcranial direct-current stimulation is one of the new treatments for depression. This study aimed to compare the efficacy of these two therapies in reducing depression. Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test with control group. Subjects were 60 students with depressive symptoms who were screened with General Health Questionnaire and selected by purposeful method based on Beck Depression Inventory(score above 15), and divided randomly into 4 groups of fifteen, including mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, transcranial direct-current stimulation, sham group(mock stimulation), and control group, and were reassessed in post-test using Beck Depression Inventory. The data were analyzed by repeated measurements design using SPSS software version 22. Results: The results showed that both experimental groups had a significant decrease in post-test depression scores(p<0/05), while there was no significant difference in sham and control groups. There was no significant difference between the two experimental groups in mindfulness-based group cognitive therapy and transcranial direct-current stimulation(p>0/05). Conclusion: Mindfulness-based group cognitive therapy and transcranial direct-current stimulation are effective in reducing depression in the nonclinical population.}, keywords = {Mindfulness-based group cognitive therapy,Transcranial direct-current stimulation,Depression}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثربخشی شناخت درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم مغز از روی جمجمه بر کاهش افسردگی در جمعیت غیر بالینی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه:افسردگی شایع ترین اختلال روانی در دنیا است. شناخت درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی یکی از درمان های مؤثر، و تحریک با جریان الکتریکی مستقیم مغز از روی جمجمه یکی از درمان های جدید برای افسردگی است. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی این دو شیوه درمانی بر کاهش افسردگی انجام شده است. روش‌: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. آزمودنی ها 60 نفر از دانشجویان دارای علائم افسردگی بودند که پس از غربال با پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی با روش هدفمند، بر اساس نمرات پرسشنامه افسردگی بک(نمره بالای 15) انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در 4 گروه 15نفری شامل گروه شناخت درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی، تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم مغز از روی جمجمه، گروه شم(تحریک ساختگی) و گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند و در مرحله پسآزمون مجدداً با پرسشنامه افسردگی بک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده های پژوهش با روش تحلیل کواریانس با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد هر دو گروه آزمایش کاهش معنی داری(05/0 P<) در نمرات افسردگی در پس آزمون داشتند، در حالی که در گروه شم و کنترل تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. بین دو گروه    شناخت درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم مغز از روی جمجمه تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت(05/0P>). نتیجه‌گیری: شناخت درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم مغز از روی جمجمه در کاهش افسردگی در جمعیت غیربالینی مؤثر هستند..}, keywords_fa = {شناخت درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی,تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم مغز از روی جمجمه,افسردگی}, url = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_7092.html}, eprint = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_7092_887952b5d14d6fecdf6810a8dc7dbd94.pdf} }
