Method: 20 adolescents aged 15-18 years with diabetes were selected from the Diabetes Association of Bonab city and were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups(n = 10). The executive functions and working memory of both experimental and control groups were assessed in the pre-test and post-test stages through the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test software, and memory and attention improvement software. For intervention, the experimental group received cognitive rehabilitation for working memory in 10 half-hour sessions(one day in between), simultaneously stimulating Fp1 and Fp2 with memory and attention improvement software. Findings: The results of data analysis using covariance analysis showed improvement in cognitive flexibility and working memory and a decrease in overall perseveration in the experimental group. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, cognitive working memory rehabilitation can be used simultaneously with anodic stimulation of the prefrontal cortex as an effective method for improving executive functions and working memory in type 1 diabetic patients.  }, keywords = {cognitive rehabilitation,Executive Functions,Working memory,Type 1 Diabetes,Prefrontal Cortex}, title_fa = {تعیین اثر ترکیبی توانبخشی شناختی رایانه‌یار و tDCS قشر پره فرونتال بر کارکردهای اجرایی و حافظه کاری در نوجوانان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 1}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: مطالعه حاضر، به صورت نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل- شم، با هدف بررسی تاثیر توانبخشی شناختی رایانه یار، همزمان با تحریک قشر پره فرونتال بر کارکردهای اجرایی و حافظه کاری در نوجوانان مبتلا به دیابت، انجام گرفت. روش: 20 نوجوان 15 تا 18 ساله مبتلا به دیابت از انجمن دیابت شهرستان بناب انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 10 نفری آزمایش و شم قرارگرفتند. کارکردهای اجرایی و حافظه کاری هردو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در مراحل پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از طریق نسخه نرم‏ افزاری آزمون دسته‏ بندی کارت‏ های ویسکانسین، و نرم افزار بهسازی حافظه و توجه مورد سنجش قرارگرفتند. برای مداخله، گروه آزمایشی به صورت انفرادی در 10 جلسه 30دقیقه ای(یک روز در میان)، همزمان با تحریک آندی Fp1 و Fp2 با کمک نرم افزار بهسازی حافظه و توجه، مورد توانبخشی شناختی برای حافظه کاری قرار گرفتند اما گروه کنترل- شم فقط 15 ثانیه تحریک واقعی دریافت می کردند، سپس تحریک قطع می شد. یافته ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس، حاکی از بهبود انعطاف پذیری شناختی و حافظه کاری، و کاهش درجامانی در گروه آزمایش بود. نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، می توان از توانبخشی شناختیِ حافظه کاری همزمان با تحریک آندی قشر پره فرونتال، به عنوان روشی مؤثر برای بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی و حافظه کاری در مبتلایان به دیابت نوع 1 بهره جست.}, keywords_fa = {توانبخشی شناختی,کارکردهای اجرایی,حافظه کاری,دیابت نوع 1,قشر پره فرونتال}, url = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_7268.html}, eprint = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_7268_591d41a4d5bf30aa167ef3897b10b72c.pdf} }
