Learning disorder is associated with numerous physical and mental stressors that affect the quality of life of students; Among these factors, we can mention the reduction of auditory memory and anxiety. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of transcranial brain stimulation using direct electric current on auditory memory and anxiety in students with learning disabilities. The research method is semi-experimental and pre-test and post-test with a control group. 30 students with learning disorders were selected by available sampling method and randomly divided into two groups of 15 people, control and experimental. The pre-test was taken from both, and then the intervention was performed only on the experimental group in 10 2-hour sessions, and the control group did not receive any intervention. Then both groups completed the same questionnaires as a post-test. The data collection tool was Wechsler's listening memory subscale and Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale (SCAS). SPSS-24 software and covariance analysis were used to analyze the scores. The results showed that transcranial brain stimulation using direct electric current is effective in improving auditory memory and reducing anxiety in students with learning disabilities.. The results of this research can be used in counseling, psychology and rehabilitation centers.

Introduction: The purpose of this research was to develop and validate the quick word finding cognitive rehabilitation package and its effectiveness on phonological awareness of children with special learning disorders characterized by reading. Methodology: This research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method it was of mixed type (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of this research included all 7-10 year old elementary school students in Shadgan city with a diagnosis of reading learning disorder, 30 of these students (15 experimental group and 15 control group) were selected by available sampling method. In the pre-test phase, the sample answered the phonological awareness test by Kazemi and Soleimani (2004). In order to test the hypotheses, the mixed variance analysis method was used in SPSS23 statistical software. Result: Findings: The results of the research showed that the cognitive rehabilitation program for quick word finding is based on the components of homogeneity detection, rhyme detection, phonological combination, identification of words with the same initial phoneme, identification of words with the same final phoneme, phonetic intersection, naming and deletion of the final phoneme, deletion of the middle phoneme and Naming and removing the initial phoneme is effective at different levels. The results showed that the changes were maintained until the follow-up stage. Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be said that the quick word finding cognitive program can be effective in improving phonemic awareness and ultimately reducing learning disorders. Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the Effectiveness of rehabilitation, using Dohsa-Hou, on auditory memory and problem solving in children with learning disorder and auditory discrimination problem in Esfahan. Method: The research method was semi-experimental and study conducted in the form of a pretest-post-test with control group design. The target community of all children with learning disorder in Esfahan which has some forms of auditory discrimination problem. One of the centers of learning disabilities in Isfahan province was referred to the Center for New Immune Disorders, and then among those who had entry criteria, 30 individuals were selected through available sampling method and then randomly assigned into two groups of experimental and control. After doing the pretest in the two groups, the experimental group received 10 therapy sessions Dohsa-Hou rehabilitation, each lasting 60 minutes. Both groups were then subjected to post-test and follow-up. Data were collected using Hepner problem solving questionnaires(1982) and active memory of Dainiman and Carpenter(1980). Data were analyzed using covariance analysis. Result: after rehabilitation sessions, the mean in problem solving and memory in experimental group significantly increase compared to their previous levels(p<0/001). In control group no significant difference was found. Conclusion: rehabilitation, using Dohsa-Hou was effective in improving acoustic memory and problem solving in children with learning disorder and auditory discrimination problem.
