To conduct the study, four sets of images with different shapes (round and sharp) and colors (hot and cool) were designed for the cracker and pasta. Applying QEEG, participants’ alpha band electric waves were recorded after presenting the four set of images. Then, the subjects were asked to choose their preferred image collection. Using multivariate variance, the relationship between alpha-band electrical waves with preferential images was analyzed. Method: The research method was Experimental using several groups of subjects and the primary sample consisted of 375 persons who were randomly selected from Qom Payam-e-Noor University students. Then, 72 people were assigned to the final sample based on age, gender and handedness, so the mean age, gender proportion and the population handedness were observed in the final sample. Findings: The results showed that alpha oscillations by observation had significant relationship by considering conscious selected priorities in the electrodes of O1, T5, T3, C3, and C4. Data analysis showed that in general, the subjects who preferred the warm pictures generated more alpha waves when seeing white, hot and cool (both round and sharp) images in the mentioned electrodes. Conclusion: Consequently, it might be concluded that simply the presented images did not play a significant role in their selection, and in general, the warm images generated more alpha waves than the cool images.}, keywords = {Customer,Product Selection,Conscious Preference,Alpha Wave,EEG}, title_fa = {اثر انتخاب محصول مورد علاقه مشتری ازنظر شکل و رنگ بر موج آلفا}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر مطالعه تأثیر انتخاب محصول مورد علاقه مشتری برحسب شکل و رنگ بر موج آلفا است. برای انجام تحقیق چهار مجموعه تصاویر با اشکال (گِرد و تیز) و با رنگ‌های (سرد و گرم) برای محصولات بیسکویت و پاستا طراحی گردید. با استفاده از دستگاه QEEG، امواج الکتریکی باند آلفای افراد با نمایش تصاویر چهارگانه ثبت گردید. سپس از افراد خواسته شد تا مجموعه تصویر ترجیحی خود را انتخاب نمایند. با استفاده از واریانس چندمتغیره، ارتباط امواج الکتریکی باند آلفا با تصاویر ترجیحی تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. روش: روش تحقیق حاضر، تجربی با استفاده از چند گروه آزمودنی بوده و نمونه اولیه 375 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی از بین دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز قم، انتخاب و بر اساس سن، جنس و دست برتری، 72 نفر به‌طور تصادفی در گروه نمونه نهایی قرار گرفت به‌گونه‌ای که میانگین سن، نسبت جنس و دست برتری جامعه در گروه نمونه رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد نوسانات آلفا ناشی از مشاهده با در نظر گرفتن اولویت هشیارانه انتخاب شده در الکترودهای O1، T5، T3، C3 و C4 ارتباط معنی‌داری داشت. تحلیل یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد به‌طور کلی افرادی که شکل گرم را ترجیح می‌دهند با دیدن تصاویر سفید، گرم و سرد (اعم از گِرد و تیز) در الکترودهای مذکور موج آلفای بیشتری تولید می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که ِصرف تصاویر نمایشی نقشی در انتخاب آن‌ها نداشته و درمجموع تصاویر گرم نسبتاً بیش از تصاویر سرد موج آلفا تولید می‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {مشتری,انتخاب محصول,ترجیح هوشیارانه,موج آلفا,EEG}, url = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4124.html}, eprint = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4124_e06326b17ea6d352f907511997f97a06.pdf} }
