Methods: This was a pre-test and post-test quasi-experimental study with control group. Twenty male methamphetamine users were selected through purposive sampling and randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups (10 in each). The QEEG was recorded in all participants to evaluate absolute power of alpha wave in the frontal lobe region. A single session transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS), for 20 min at 10 Hz or sham, was applied to the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (F4). At the end, QEEG was recorded again. Collected data were analyzed by multivariate covariance method. Findings: Findings showed that Experimental group showed greater absolute alpha power at F4, F3,F7 and Fz compared to the control group (p˂0.05).Discussion and Conclusion: According to the results, 10 Hz tACS stimulation over F4 can increase alpha activity at dorsolateral, ventrolateral and central prefrontal cortex, a region of the frontal lobes that is associated with cognitive functions. Regarding to cognitive role of alpha oscillations, it can be concluded that tACS stimulation at alpha Frequency (α-tACS) can be used as a non-pharmacological method to improve cognitive function in methamphetamine users.}, keywords = {methamphetamine users,Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation (tACS),Absolute Alpha Power}, title_fa = {اثریخشی تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمه ای با جریان متناوب(tACS)، بر توان مطلق موج آلفای ناحیه پیشانی در افراد مصرف کننده متآمفتامین}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه:هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمهای با جریان متناوب(tACS)،بر فعالیت موج آلفای ناحیه پیشانی افراد مصرف‌کننده متآمفتامین بوده است.روش‌:در این مطالعه که از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح         پیشآزمون-پسآزمون و با گروه کنترل است، 20 نفر از افراد مصرف‌کننده متآمفتامین به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 10نفری آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند.ابتدا به منظور بررسی توان مطلق موج آلفا در ناحیه لوب پیشانی از آزمودنی‌ها EEG گرفته شد. سپس تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمهای با فرکانس 10 هرتز(α-tACS)و یا تحریک شم روی ناحیه پیش پیشانی خلفی جانبی راست(F4) طی یک جلسه 20دقیقه‌ای اعمال شد.در پایان مجدداً امواج مغزی هر دو گروه ثبت و داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کوواریانس چند متغیره تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دادند که در گروه آزمایش توان مطلق موج آلفای نواحی F4، Fz، F3، F7 نسبت به گروه کنترل به‌طور معناداری افزایش‌ یافته بود(05/0>p). نتیجه‌گیری:بر اساس نتایج حاصل، تحریک الکتریکی با موج آلفا در ناحیه F4 می‌تواند توان مطلق موج آلفا را در قشر پیشپیشانی خلفی جانبی، تحتانی جانبی و مرکزی که در عملکردهای شناختی دخیل است را بهبود ببخشد.با توجه به نقش شناختی امواج مغزی آلفا، انتظار میرود تحریک tACS در فرکانس آلفا بتواند به‌عنوان روشی غیردارویی برای بهبود عملکرد شناختی در مصرف‌کنندگان متآمفتامین استفاده شود.}, keywords_fa = {متآمفتامین,تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمهای با جریان متناوب (tACS),توان مطلق موج آلفا}, url = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_6047.html}, eprint = {https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_6047_26eb5fe9e0f833d03daac922908984b0.pdf} }
