اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای عصب روانشناختی بر بریلنویسی و بریلخوانی (مطالعهی موردی: دانش-آموزانِ با نقص بینایی دوره ابتدایی شهر یاسوج)
مقدمه: در پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای عصب روانشناختی بر بریلنویسی و بریلخوانی دانش-آموزانِ با نقص بینایی دوره ابتدایی مدرسه شقایق شهر یاسوج مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش: طرح پژوهش نیمه-آزمایشی و از نوع پیشآزمون – پسآزمون با گروه گواه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام دانشآموزانِ با نقص بینایی پایه اول تا ششم ابتدایی است. نمونه پژوهش نیز شامل 24 نفر دانشآموز با نقص بینایی (12 نفر مورد آموزش عصب روانشناختی قرار گرفتند و 12 نفر دانشآموز که هیچ مداخلهای روی آنها صورت نگرفت) به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار به کار رفته در این پژوهش آموزش مداخلات عصب روانشناختی و آزمون محققساخته بریلنویسی و بریلخوانی بود. دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS21و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد نمرات مولفههای سرعت نوشتن، سرعت خواندن، درک خواندن و درستخوانی دانشآموزان نابینایی که در گروه آزمایش شرکت داشتند، نسبت به آنهایی که در گروه کنترل جایگزین شده بودند افزایش معناداری دارد (001/0 ≥ P). اما نمرات مولفهی نادرستنویسی دانشآموزان نابینایی که در گروه آزمایش شرکت داشتند، نسبت به آنهایی که در گروه کنترل جایگزین شده بودند کاهش معناداری دارد (001/0 ≥ P). نتیجهگیری: آموزش مهارتهای عصب روانشناختی میتواند رویکردی موثر در بریلنویسی و بریلخوانی باشد.

اثر بخشی توان بخشی شناختی بر بهبود حافظه روزمره بیماران دچار سکته مغزی نوع ایسکمیک
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف برسی اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر بهبود حافظه روزمره بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی صورت گرفته است روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون در دو گروه آزمایشی با حجم نمونه 20بیمار دچار سکته مغزی نوع ایسکمیک به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب شدند و سپس بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ارزیابی شناختی بیماران شامل ارزیابی قبل از مداخله، بلافاصله پس از مداخله و پنج هفته بعد از مداخله با استفاده از آزمون حافظه روزمره (1983) انجام گرفت. گروه آزمایش جلسات توان بخشی شناختی را به مدت هشت هفته یک ساعته دریافت کردند ولی گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها بااستفاده از روش واریانس با اندازهگیری مکررتحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که برنامه توان بخشی شناختی بر بهبود عملکرد حافظه روزمره بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی درگروه آزمایش تاثیر مثبت داشته است. این نتایج در مرحله پیگیری که 6 هفته پس از مداخله شناختی بود نیز بدست آمد(05/0 p£) .نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه شواهدی برای اثربخشی برنامه توان بخشی شناختی بر عملکرد حافظه روزمره بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی نوع ایسکمیک فراهم کرده است. توان بخشی شناختی میتواند اختلالات حافظه را در این دسته از بیماران بهبود بخشد و اثر مثبت بر عملکرد حافظه بیماران بگذارد.

هیجانات اجتماعی و شناخت: تأثیر هیجانات شرم و گناه بر حلقه واج شناختی و لوح دیداری فضایی حافظه کاری
مقدمه: ارتباط بین شناخت و هیجان همواره برای محققان جالب و مورد توجه بوده است. علیرغم اینکه هریک حوزهای جداگانه محسوب می شوند؛ ولی با یکدیگر در تعاملاند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تاثیر هیجانات شرم و گناه بر حلقه واج شناختی و لوح دیداری _ فضایی حافظه کاری بود. روش: طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون _ پس آزمون بود. تعداد 60 دانشجو به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و برای گردآوری داده ها از آزمون وکسلر بزرگسالان (آزمون فراخنای ارقام) و بلوک های کرسی استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج مربوط به تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که هیجانات شرم و گناه به طور معناداری حلقه واج شناختی و لوح دیداری- فضایی حافظه کاری را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد. نتیجه گیری: هیجانات شرم و گناه می تواند بر کارایی حافظه کاری اثر منفی بگذارد.

اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمهای مغز بر زمان واکنش و تصمیمگیری پرخطر در افراد مبتلا به افسردگی
مقدمه: اختلال در کارکردهای شناختی از علائم رایج درافراد افسرده به شمار میرود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمهای مغزtDCS)) بر تصمیمگیری پرخطر و زمان واکنش در افراد مبتلا به افسردگی صورت گرفته است. روش: 30 نفر از دانشجویان دارای اختلال افسردگی که درسال 97 به مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان مراجعه کرده بودند انتخاب شدند، بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم گردیدند. گروه آزمایش در ناحیه DLPFC چپ، به مدت دو هفته ، هر هفته 5 روز و هرجلسه به مدت 20 دقیقه تحریک آندی tDCS دریافت نمودند. قبل ازشروع و در پایان دوره تحریک الکتریکی، تصمیمگیری پرخطر و زمان واکنش شرکتکنندگان به ترتیب توسط آزمون خطرپذیری بادکنکی بارت ، دستگاه زمانسنج واکنش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادههای بهدست آمده با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس تحلیل گردیدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که زمان واکنش بهطور معنیداری درگروه آزمایش سریعتر از گروه کنترل بود (05/0 >p).علاوه بر این، در آزمایش بارت نیز میانگین تعداد پمپهای تنظیم شده (AMP) در گروه آزمایش کمتر از گروه کنترل بود (05/0 >p). نتیجهگیری: براساس یافتههای حاضر، تحریک آندی tDCS موجب کاهش زمان واکنش و کاهش رفتارهای خطرساز گردید. بنابراین تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمهای میتواند بهعنوان یک روش غیردارویی و بیخطر برای ارتقاءکارکردهای شناختی افراد مبتلا به افسردگی مورد استفاده قرارگیرد.

نقش همتوانی قشری مغز (کوهرنس) در پیشبینی پردازش هیجانی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی
مقدمه:اختلال افسردگی اساسی یک اختلال شایع روانپزشکی است که یکی از مشخصههای اصلی آن مشکل در پردازش هیجانی است.شواهد پژوهشی نشاندهنده نقش مولفههای فعالیت الکتریکی قشری مغز در فرایند پردازش هیجانی در اختلال افسردگی است. برهمین اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش همتوانی قشری در پیشبینی پردازش هیجانی است. روش: تعداد 60 نفر بیمار مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی براساس معیارهای DSM-5 انتخاب شدند. فعالیت الکتریکی قشری بیماران توسط دستگاه الکتروانسفالوگرافی 21 کاناله ثبت شده و با استفاده از نرمافزار نوروگاید، شاخص همتوانی باندهای مختلف برای مناطق قدامی، مرکزی و خلفی در دو نیمکره محاسبه گردید. پردازش هیجانی نیز توسط تکلیف تشخیص چهره های هیجانی ویلیامز و همکاران (2008) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که همتوانی باندهای آلفا قدامی و بتا مرکزی در نیمکره چپ و آلفا قدامی و بتا خلفی در نیمکره راست پردازش هیجانی مثبت را پیش بینی کردند. همچنین، همتوانی باندهای تتا و آلفای قدامی در نیمکره چپ به صورت مثبت و بتا مرکزی چپ و بتا خلفی راست به صورت منفی پردازش هیجانی منفی را پیشبینی نمودند. نتیجهگیری: همتوانی باندهای تتا ، الفا و بتا در نواحی قدامی و خلفی نقش بارزی در پیشبینی پردازش هیجانی در بیماران مبتلا به افسردگی دارند. این یافتهها نشان میدهند که نواحی قدامی ، نوع هیجان و نواحی خلفی، شدت برانگیختگی را تعیین میکنند.

تأثیر تحریک نورونهای آینهای بر تشخیص هیجان چشم در بزرگسالان بیشفعال
مقدمه: با توجه به مشکلات افراد مبتلا به بیش فعالی و نقص توجه در درک هیجانات و اهمیت این امر در کیفیت روابط اجتماعی پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تأثیر درمان نوروفیدبک بر بهبود تشخیص هیجانات چشم انجام شد. روش: به این منظور ۲۴ فرد بزرگسال که شامل ۱۲ مرد و ۱۲ زن بودند در رده سنی ۱۹ تا ۳۵ سال انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. این افراد با آزمون سنجش بیشفعالی بزرگسالان و مصاحبه ارزیابی و به شرط عدم وجود نشانههای دیگر اختلالات روانی که با آزمون SCL-90 سنجیده میشود وارد پژوهش شدند. از همه افراد ثبت الکتروآنسفالوگرافی به عمل آمد و همگی به آزمون تشخیص هیجانات چشم پاسخ دادند. گروه آزمایشی در ۱۵ جلسه درمان نوروفیدبک نیز شرکت کردند و سپس هر دو گروه مجدد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که افراد گروه آزمایش بعد از جلسات نوروفیدبک عملکرد بهتری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشتند و تفاوت میان آنها معنیدار بود. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش میتوان گفت عملکرد افراد در تشخیص هیجانات محدود به نورونهای آینهای کلاسیک نبوده و پردازشهای هیجانی در مناطقی فراتر از آنچه تحت عنوان نورونهای آینهای شناخته میشود صورت میپذیرد.

اثربخشی راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیمی بر حافظه کاری و بازداری پاسخ دانش آموزان نارساخوان
مقدمه: نارساخوانی به عنوان شایعترین اختلال یادگیری یکی از حوزههای متاثر از ضعف در کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان به شمار میآید و یافتن راههای بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی میتواند از بروز و پیدایش یک چرخه منفی ناکامی جلوگیری و به موفقیت تحصیلی دانش آموزان بینجامد لذا هدف پژوهشحاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیمی بر حافظه کاری و بازداری پاسخ دانشآموزان نارساخوان است. روش: پژوهش حاضر شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بوده و جامعه آماری آن شامل همه دانشآموزان دختر پایه های چهارم و پنجم ابتدایی مشغول به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 شهر مشهد با تشخیص اختلال نارساخوانی بوده که از بین آنها، 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از آزمون سیستم کارکرد اجرایی دلیس- کاپلان (D-KEFS)، آزمون خواندن و نارساخوانی کرمی نوری و مرادی (1387)، استفاده شد. آزمودنیها در 8 جلسه یکساعته به صورت هفته ای یکبارطی دو ماه تحت برنامه آموزشی قرار گرفتند ولی در گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای انجام نشد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از طریق آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری انجام شد. یافتهها: افراد گروه آزمایش بعد از شرکت در جلسات آموزش خودتنظیمی، در پسآزمون عملکرد بهتری داشته و نمراتشان به طور معناداری نسبت به گروه گواه افزایش یافت. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که آموزش راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیمی میتواند رویکرد درمانی مؤثری برای بهبود حافظه کاری و بازداری پاسخ دانشآموزان نارساخوان باشد.

اثربخشی مداخلات توانبخشی شناختی مغز بر کارکردهای اجرایی در کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه و بیشفعالی
مقدمه: اختلال نقص توجه و بیشفعالی به عنوان یکی از شایعترین اختلالات رشدی-عصبشناختی در کودکان است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر مداخلات شناختی مغز بر کارکردهای اجرایی در کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه و بیشفعالی است. روش: روش اجرای این تحقیق از نوع نیمهتجربی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است که با استفاده از طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل انجام شد. 30 کودک مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بیشفعالی در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. در مرحله پیشآزمون از تمام شرکتکنندگان آزمون توجه انتخابی بوسله آزمون اثراستروپ در دوره بیپاسخی روانشناختی به عمل آمد.سپس شرکتکنندگان به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت 12 جلسه یک ساعته و در طی 4 هفته(هر هفته 3 جلسه) تحت مداخله تمرینات شناختی مغز قرار گرفت. در طی این مدت در گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخلهای صورت نگرفت. پس از پایان دوره مداخله، پسآزمون گرفته شد. دادهها با تحلیل کوواریانس و نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مداخله شناختی مغز بر توجه انتخابی متمرکز(001/0P<) و تقسیم شده (002/0P<) تأثیر دارد. نتیجه گیری: در یک نتیجهگیری کلی میتوان بیان کرد که ارائه مداخلات شناختی مغز میتواند موجب بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی از قبیل توجه انتخابی متمرکز و توجه انتخابی تقسیم شده در کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه و بیش فعالی گردد. کلیدواژهها: مداخلات شناختی مغز، کارکردهای اجرایی، توجه انتخابی، اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیشفعالی
