بررسی تأثیر تحریک سیستم نورونهای آینهای بر رشد مهارت درک دستوری کودکان اوتیستیک 5 تا 8 ساله دختر فارسیزبان
مقدمه: این پژوهش، از نوع نیمه تجربی، کاربردی و بهصورت انتخاب نمونه در دسترس، انجام شد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه تحریک سیستم نورونهای آینهای از طریق تقلید حرکات قصدمند تقلید کلامی با رشد مهارت درک دستوری کودکان اوتیستیک است. روش: به همین منظور ابتدا یک مدل کاربردی برای توانبخشی آزمودنیها بر مبنای تحریک سیستم نورونهای آینهای با استفاده از تقلید حرکات قصدمند و تقلید کلامی، توسط محققین طراحی شد. سپس به کمک روش آموزش TPR یک پژوهش آزمایشی در 12 جلسه روی یک دختر 7 ساله اوتیستیک اجرا شد و نتایج مثبتی مشاهده شد. پس از مشاهده نتایج مثبت، 5 دختر اوتیستیک پنج تا هشتساله انتخاب شدند؛ و 42 جلسه در طی 14 هفته تحت آموزش، قرار گرفتند. رشد مهارت درک دستوری پیش و پس از مداخله با آزمون TOLD نسخه P3 ارزیابی شد. هر آزمودنی بهعنوان شاهد یا کنترل خودش در قبل و بعد از مداخله، تحت بررسی قرار گرفت. ضمناً پس از گذشت دو ماه توقف دوره، کلیه آزمودنیها، مجدداً موردبررسی قرار گرفتند و نهایتاً پایداری نتایج بررسی شد. یافتهها: یافتهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS به کمک آزمون تی زوج مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهند که تفاوت معنیداری میان نمرات پیشآزمون و پسآزمون مهارت درک دستوری (0.003p=) وجود دارد (فرض 0.05pنتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان گفت در کودکان اوتیستیک تحریک سیستم نورونهای آینهای از طریق تقلید حرکات قصدمند و تقلید کلامی تأثیر مثبتی بر پیشرفت مهارت زبانی این کودکان دارد و باعث تسهیل ارتباطات کلامی آنها میشود.

اثر دست برتری و تفاوتهای جنسیتی در عادتهای شمارش اعداد با انگشتان دانشآموزان ابتدایی
مقدمه: عادتهای شمارش انگشتان در کودکان بر نحوه یادگیری ایشان در کلاس درس و زندگی روزمره تأثیرگذار است. هدف این پژوهش بهمنظور تعیین اثر دست برتری و تفاوتهای جنسیتی در عادتهای شمارش اعداد با انگشتان دانشآموزان ابتدایی صورت گرفت. روش: تعداد 74 نفر از دانشآموزان ابتدایی شهرستان پاکدشت (47 پسر و 27 دختر) به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای (برای کودکان راستدست) و همچنین روش نمونهگیری در دسترس (برای کودکان چپدست) انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه چاپمن (چاپمن و چاپمن 1987) ازنظر عادات و الگوهای شمارش اعداد موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون مجذور خی نشان داد که اثر دست برتری بر همه مؤلفههای عادتهای شمارش اعداد با انگشتان (دست شمارنده، نوع شمارش، جهت شمارش و انگشت شمارش) معنادار است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که اثر جنسیت در سه مؤلفه از عادتهای شمارش اعداد با انگشتان (دست شمارنده، نوع شمارش و انگشت شمارش) معنادار است و در مؤلفه جهت شمارش معنادار نیست. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر میتوان استنباط نمود که دست برتری و جنسیت اثر معناداری بر عادتهای شمارش اعداد با انگشتان دانشآموزان ابتدایی دارد.

بررسی مقایسهای کارکردهای اجرایی در زنان مبتلا به اماس دارای اختلال افسردگی، فاقد اختلال افسردگی و زنان بهنجار
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مقایسهای کارکردهای اجرایی در سه گروه از زنان مبتلا به اماس دارای اختلال افسردگی، فاقد اختلال افسردگی و زنان بهنجار بود. روش: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش علی مقایسهای بود، از میان زنان مراجعهکننده به انجمن اماس استان مرکزی، گروه مبتلا به اماس مبتلا به افسردگی با غربالگری اولیه توسط آزمون افسردگی بک و تشخیص افسردگی توسط اجرای مصاحبه ساختاریافته بالینی افسردگی (SCID) و ملاکهای ورود و خروج به تعداد ۲۴ نفر انتخاب شدند گروه اماس فاقد افسردگی نیز از میان زنان غربالگری شده که فاقد نشانههای بالینی افسردگی بودند به تعداد ۲۴ نفر وارد پژوهش گردیدند، در آخر نیز گروه زنان بهنجار نیز با لحاظ کردن ملاکهای ورود به پژوهش انتخاب شدند، از آزمونهای فراخنای عدد، استروپ و برج لندن جهت گرداوری دادهها استفاده شد، اطلاعات با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که گروه زنان مبتلا به اماس دارای افسردگی در مقایسه با دو گروه دیگر از عملکرد ضعیف معناداری در آزمونهای فراخنای اعداد، استروپ و برج لندن برخوردار بودند، همچنین بین گروه زنان مبتلا به اماس فاقد افسردگی و زنان بهنجار نیز ازنظر عملکرد در آزمونهای پژوهش تفاوت معناداری مشاهده گردید. نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که علاوه بر تفاوت کارکردهای اجرایی در بیماران مبتلا به اماس در مقایسه با افراد بهنجار، افسردگی نیز میتواند این تفاوت را تشدید نماید که لزوم توجه به این امر در طراحی برنامههای درمانی مشخص میشود.

تأثیر تمرین بر تناوب تکلیف دوگانه دیداری - شنیداری و شنیداری - دیداری در دوره بیپاسخی روانشناختی
مقدمه: هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین بر تناوب تکلیف دوگانه دیداری ـ شنیداری و شنیداری ـ دیداری در دوره بیپاسخی روانشناختی بود. روش: بدین منظور از میان کلیه دانشجویان 18 تا 28 سال شهرستان خرمشهر تعداد 45 نفر بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه 15 نفری، تمرین با تکلیف شنیداری ـ دیداری، تمرین با تکلیف دیداری ـ شنیداری و گروه کنترل دستهبندی شدند. از تمامی شرکتکنندگان آزمون تکلیف دوگانه دیداری ـ شنیداری و شنیداری ـ دیداری به عمل آمد. فواصل زمانی بین ارائه دو محرک 75 و 150 (فاصله کم) 350 و 450 هزارم ثانیه (فاصله زیاد) بود. برنامه تمرینی شامل 5 جلسه در 5 روز بود که هر جلسه شامل 12 بلوک 8 کوششی با تکلیف دوگانه دیداری ـ شنیداری همانند پیشآزمون ارائه شد و فاصله استراحت بین بلوکها دو دقیقه بود. یافتهها: نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس 2 (گروه) در 4 (پیچیدگی محرکها) با تکرار سنجش عامل آخر و آزمون تی مستقل و تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که در تمامی توالی محرکها و در هر چهار فاصله زمانی بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد ولی تفاوت معنیداری بین ارائه محرک اول دیداری نسبت به شنیداری وجود ندارد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که تمرین تکلیف دوگانه از طریق افزایش سازگاری محرک ـ پاسخ موجب کاهش نیاز به توجه شده و با کاهش ظرفیت موردنیاز توجه که برای انجام تکلیف پردازش همزمان دو محرک امکانپذیر است، میتواند بر الگوی دوره بیپاسخی روانشناختی دیداری ـ شنیداری و نیز شنیداری ـ دیداری با فاصله زمانی کموزیاد تأثیر مثبت داشته باشد.

بررسی اثر نوروفیدبک بر میزان اضطراب و جرئت ورزی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وحشتزدگی
مقدمه: هدف ازآنجام این پژوهش بررسی درمان نوروفیدبک بر میزان جرئت ورزی و اضطراب افراد مبتلا به حمله هراس بود. روش: طرح کلی این پژوهش با توجه به اهداف و فرضیههای آن از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و اجرای پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون با گروه گواه بوده که بر روی 20 نفر از افرادی که به مراکز مشاوره و درمانی و کلینیکهای روانپزشکی شهر تهران در سال 1395 مراجعه نمودند از طریق روش نمونهگیری تصادفی در دسترس از بین مراجعین بر اساس تشخیص بالینی روانپزشک معالج، افراد مبتلا به اختلال هراس شناسایی شدند بهصورت گمارش تصادفی انتخاب شدند شرکتکنندگان به دو گروه 10 نفری آزمایش و گواه تقسیم شدند. برای گروه آزمایش درمان نوروفیدبک در 20 جلسه (45 دقیقهای) انجام گرفت و گروه گواه هیچگونه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. هر دو گروه در دو مرحله زمانی پیشآزمون و پسآزمون توسط آزمون اضطراب بک جهت تعیین میزان اضطراب و پرسشنامه ابراز وجود گمبریل و ریجی ارزیابی شدند. برای تحلیل دادههای بهدستآمده از آزمون آماری کوواریانس و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره استفاده گردید. یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که درمان نوروفیدبک، بر کاهش اضطراب و افزایش جرئت ورزی افراد مبتلا به هراس اثر معناداری داشته است (05/0P نتیجهگیری: درمان نوروفیدبک، بر کاهش اضطراب و افزایش جرئت ورزی افراد مبتلا به هراس مؤثراست.

تأثیر بازخورد هنجاری بر اجرا و یادگیری تکلیف پرتابی: نقش شایستگی ادراکشده
مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر بازخورد هنجاری با توجه به سطح شایستگی ادراکشده بر اجرا و یادگیری تکلیف پرتابی در دانش آموزان پسر شهر اهواز بود. روش: به این منظور، 60 نفر بهصورت در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه شایستگی ادراکشده بالا (15 نفر بازخورد هنجاری و 15 نفر کنترل) و پایین (15 نفر بازخورد هنجاری و 15 نفر کنترل) قرار گرفتند. مرحله اکتساب در دو جلسه متوالی با 100 کوشش (5 بلوک 10 کوششی در هر جلسه) انجام شد. پسآزمون (20 کوشش و بدون ارائه بازخورد) بلافاصله پس از پایان جلسه دوم و آزمون یاد داری 48 ساعت بعد انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس مرکب با اندازهگیری مکرر نشان داد که بازخورد هنجاری در بین گروه شایستگی ادراکشده بالا و پایین دارای تأثیر متفاوتی نبود (05/0نتیجهگیری: بر طبق یافتهها میتوان به معلمان و مربیان ورزشی پیشنهاد داد که از بازخورد هنجاری برای بهبود عملکرد و یادگیری تکالیف مشابه استفاده کنند و به تقویت عامل روانشناختی شایستگی ادراکشده افراد بپردازند.

تأثیر بازخورد هنجاری بر زمان واکنش و خود کارآمدی دانشآموزان دختر کمتوان ذهنی
مقدمه: بازخورد هنجاری شامل اطلاعاتی است که میتواند یادگیری و اجرای مهارت را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی تأثیر بازخورد هنجاری بر زمان واکنش و خود کارآمدی دانشآموزان دختر کمتوان ذهنی است. روش: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس 42 دانشآموز که ازلحاظ بهرۀ هوشی در یک سطح قرار داشتند انتخاب شدند و بعد از اجرای پیشآزمون (زمان واکنش ساده، زمان واکنش انتخابی و خود کارآمدی) در سه گروه 14 نفری بازخورد هنجاری مثبت، بازخورد هنجاری واقعی و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. این مطالعه شامل سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و یاد داری بود. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که گروه بازخورد هنجاری مثبت در مراحل پسآزمون و یاد داری در مقایسه با بازخورد هنجاری واقعی و گروه کنترل، زمان واکنش کوتاهتری از خود نشان دادند و بعدازآن گروه بازخورد هنجاری واقعی در زمان واکنش ساده، نسبت به گروه کنترل زمان واکنش کوتاهتری در مراحل یاد داری و پسآزمون از خود نشان دادند. نتیجهگیری: همچنین نتایج نشان داد، گروه بازخورد هنجاری مثبت و واقعی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل از خود کارآمدی بالاتری برخوردار بودهاند
