بررسی همزمان رفتاری و عصب شناختی یادگیری و انتقال تکلیف ترسیم دودستی نامتقارن.
: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی همزمان رفتاری و عصب شناختی یادگیری و انتقال تکلیف ترسیم دودستی نامتقارن بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهشهای نیمه تجربی است. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل EEG چهارکاناله، قلم نوری با حسگر ویژه، لپ تاپ، دستکش ویژه و مترونوم بود. شرکت کنندگان تحقیق حاضر را دانش آموزان پایه هشتم (با میانگین سنی ۱۳/0± ۲/۱۴) تشکیل دادند (10 N= نفر)، که همگی راست دست، راست پا و راست چشم و دارای دید طبیعی بودند و هیچگونه مشکل جسمانی یا حرکتی نداشتند. شرکت کنندگان پس از پیش آزمون به مدت سه روز تمرین نموده سپس پس آزمونها به عمل می آمد. آزمون ها هم در شرایط تکلیف دشوار با دست برتر (شرایط تمرینی) و هم در شرایط تکلیف دشوار با دست غیربرتر صورت گرفت. نامتقارنی به معنای تفاوت سرعت و اثر جاذبه بر دو دست بود. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که با تمرین الگوی هماهنگی دودستی، انتقالی به حالت عکس رخ نمی دهد. نتایج EEG نشان داد که در تکالیف پیچیده و دشوار هماهنگی دودستی، که پیش از تمرینات تکلیف برای انجام دشوار است فعالیت نواحی قشری مغز بیشتر است و نیز نواحی مغزی حرکتی و ناحیه فرونتال نیمکره چپ فعالیت بالاتری نسبت به نیمکره راست دارد. نتیجه گیری: ترکیب دو یا چند ویژگی در تکالیف نامتقارن دودستی، جفت شدگی قویتری ایجاد می کنند که سطوح کنترلی سطح بالاتری را درگیر می کنند.

مقایسه کنترلشده سیستمهای مغزی- رفتاری بین افراد واجد تشخیص اختلال مصرف مواد افیونی تثبیت شده با متادون، وابسته به متادون و وابسته ترکیبی
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر،مقایسه کنترل شده سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری گری-ویلسون (شامل فعال ساز رفتاری، بازداری رفتاری و جنگ - گریز) بین افراد واجد تشخیص اختلال مصرف مواد افیونی تثبیت شده(درمان شده) با متادون، وابسته به متادون و وابسته ترکیبی(همزمان مصرف متادون و سایر مواد)بوده است.روش: پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش مقایسه ای بوده و جامعه آن را کلیه افراد معتاد مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهرستان خمینی شهر در سال 1395 تشکیل می دادند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 60 نفر مرد در گروه تثبیت شده با متادون، 57 نفر مرد در گروه وابسته به متادون، و 57 نفر مرد در گروه وابسته ترکیبی بودند که در مورد آنها پرسشنامه سیستم های مغزی رفتاری گری-ویلسون(1989) مربوطه اجرا شد. داده های جمع آوری شده، با استفاده نرم افزار SPSS-18و روش تحلیل کوواریانس(بهمنظور کنترل برخی از ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی)تحلیل شد.یافته ها: تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که تفاوت معنی داری بین شش بعد سیستم فعال ساز رفتاری، سیستم بازداری رفتاری و سیستم جنگ - گریز در سه گروه وجود ندارد. با این حال،سطح معناداری مولفه خاموشی در مقایسه با سایر مولفه های سیستم های مغزی-رفتاری به سطح معناداری نزدیک تر بوده و در گروه تثبیت شده با متادون پایینتر از دو گروه دیگر بوده است.نتیجه گیری:اگرچه بین مولفه های در بین سه گروه تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد با این حال،تفاوت هایی بین سه گروه،خصوصا بین گروه وابسته به متادون با دو گروه دیگر وجود دارد.

مدل یابی رابطه بین نقص در کارکرد اجرایی با حل مسئله ناکارآمد در افراد مبتلا به افسردگی اساسی: نقش واسطه ای حافظه سرگذشتی بیش کلی گرآ
پژوهش حاضر با تاکید بر مدل CaR-FA-X ویلیامز ، در قالب یه مدل علی به بررسی نقش واسطه ای حافظه سرگذشتی بیش کلی گرا در رابطه بین نقص در کارکردهای اجرایی با حل مساله ناکارآمد در افراد افسرده میپردازد. روش: نمونه پژوهش شامل 56 فرد مبتلا به افسردگی اساسی که به روش نمونه گیری زمانی در دسترس در فاصله زمانی اردیبهشت 96 تا مهر96 انتخاب شدند، بودند. جهت گردآوری داده ها ، پس از تشخیص افسردگی اساسی توسط روانشناس، از آزمون حافظه شرح حال (سرگذشتی) ،آزمون حل مسئله وسیله-غایت و نرم افزار کارتهای ویسکانسین استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و ایموس و روش تحلیل مسیر از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد اثر مستقیم کارکرد اجرایی بر حل مسئله با مقدار 283/0 در سطح 05/0 معنی دار نیست. اثر غیرمستقیم کارکرد اجرایی بر حل مسئله با مقدار130/0 در سطح 05/0 معنی دار است. اثر کل کارکرد اجرایی بر حل مسئله 413/0 است که در سطح 05/0 معنی دار است. بنابراین با توجه به عدم معناداری اثر مستقیم و معناداری اثر غیر مستقیم، حافظه سرگذشتی بهعنوان متغیر میانجی کلی در تاثیر بین کارکرد اجرایی بر حل مسئله است. نتیجه گیری: بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با تایید مدل CaR-FA-X ویلیامز، نشان داد که افراد افسرده به دلیل خلق منفی و نقص در کارکردهای اجرایی ، در بازیابی خاطرات سرگذشتی به طور اختصاصی دچار مشکل میشوند و این مشکل در بازیابی، حل مسائل و مشکلات آنها را نیز تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد و باعث می شود که راه حلهای کمتر موثری را تولید کنند. بنابراین بیش کلی گرایی از حافظه سرگذشتی به عنوان یک مکانیسم واسطه ای در رابطه بین نقص در کارکرد اجرایی و حل مساله ناکارآمد در افراد افسرده عمل میکند.

بررسی ارتباط بین فعالیت نورونهای آینهای و فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات در بازخورد ویدیویی مقایسه اجتماعی ضربه پات گلف
بررسی ارتباط فعالیت نورونهای آینهای و EMGدر بازخورد ویدیویی مقایسه اجتماعی پات گلف در دختران جوان بود. روش: 18 نفر از دختران غیر ورزشکار دانشگاه تصادفی در3 گروه بازخورد ویدیویی مقایسه اجتماعی مثبت، منفی، و واقعی قرار گرفتند. در روز اول، آموزش ضربه پات گلف و یک دسته 6 کوششی به عنوان پیش آزمون، روز دوم 60 ضربه با 5 دقیقه استراحت بین دسته کوشش ها ودریافت بازخورد ویدئویی متناسب با گروه خود پس از هر دسته کوشش به عنوان جلسه اکتساب و در روز سوم 6 کوشش به عنوان آزمون یادداری انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از EEG و EMG، در سه شرایط پایه، اجرا و مشاهده ثبت گردید. در دسته کوشش آخر دوره اکتساب، میزان فعالیت الکتریکی عضله و مغز در شرایط پایه و مشاهده فیلمهای بازخورد، و در حین اجرای ضربه ثبت شد. برای تحلیل از همبستگی پیرسون برای بررسی ارتباط بین فعالیت الکتریکی مغز و عضله استفاده شد (کمتر از 05/0). یافتهها و نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد بین فعالیت الکتریکی عضله و نورونهای آینهای در حین اجرا ارتباط مثبت معنی داری وجود داشت.

درمان فراشناخت و آموزش نوروفیدبک بر علائم اضطراب، نظم جویی هیجان و فعالیت امواج مغزی دانشجویان دختر دارای اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی (تکآزمودنی)
مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی درمان فراشناخت و آموزش نوروفیدبک بر علائم اضطراب، نظمجویی هیجان و فعالیت امواج مغزی دانشجویان دختر دارای تشخیص اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی بود. روش:پژوهش حاضر از نوع تک آزمودنی است. 5 دانشجوی دختر با تشخیص اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی از دانشگاه فردوسی و دانشگاه فرهنگیان مشهد با استفاده از شیوه نمونهگیری داوطلبانه و مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه هراس اجتماعی کانور انتخاب و پس از همتاسازی، بهصورت تصادفی در گروه فراشناخت و نوروفیدبک جایدهی شدند. فراشناختدرمانی در8جلسه هفتگی و نوروفیدبک16جلسه، سه بار درهفته اجرا شد. آزمودنیها در خط پایه، انتهای درمان و پیگیری، پرسشنامه نظمجویی هیجان را تکمیل کردند، پرسشنامه کانور دو بار در میانه درمان و امواج مغزی آزمودنیهای نوروفیدبک نیز قبل وبعد درمان تکمیل وثبت گردید. برای تحلیل دادهها ازبازبینی نمودارها و شاخص درصدبهبودی استفاده شد. یافتهها: اثربخشی هردو درمان درعلائم اضطرابی آزمودنیها مثبت و معنادار و بهبودی شرکتکنندهها درپیگیری ادامه یافته بود؛ اما اثربخشی هردو درمان برای نظمجویی هیجان معنادار نبود و تنها یکی از آزمودنیهای گروه فراشناخت اثربخشی معناداری در آن نشان داد. همچنین، آزمودنیهای نوروفیدبک، پس از درمان، امواج بهنجارتری را در موج آلفا و نقاط F3 وF4 داشتند. نتیجه گیری:درمجموع نتایج بیانگر تأثیر مثبت درمان فراشناخت ونوروفیدبک بر اضطراب اجتماعی و امواج مغزی آزمودنیها بود؛ اما درنظمجویی هیجان تأثیر این دو روش درمانی قابلتوجه نبود.

مقایسه فعالیت مکانیزم های مغزی فعالسازی-بازداری رفتاری (BAS/BIS) و کارکرد انعطافپذیری شناختی در زنان مبتلابه اختلال مصرف مواد و زنان سالم
مقدمه: یکی از آسیبهای جدی به دنبال سوءمصرف مواد، آسیب مغزی و نقصهای شناختی است که اهمیت نظری و بالینی اساسی دارد. این پژوهش باهدف مقایسه فعالیت مکانیزم های مغزی فعالسازی-بازداری رفتاری و کارکرد انعطافپذیری شناختی در زنان مبتلابه اختلال مصرف مواد و زنان سالم انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علّی-مقایسهای بود. جامعه آماری شامل دو گروه، کلیه زنان وابسته به مواد در کمپهای ترک اعتیاد و کلیه زنان سالم شهر اصفهان بود. بدین منظور با توجه به ملاکهای ورود و خروج تعداد 30 نفر از زنان وابسته به مواد به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و 30 نفر زنان سالم به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه سیستم فعالسازی-بازداری کارور و وایت، نرمافزار آزمون عصب روانشناختی ویسکانسینو پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی محقق ساخته استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه در سیستم فعالسازی رفتاری (BAS) و کارکرد انعطافپذیری شناختی تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت بهطوریکه در آزمون عصب روانشناختی ویسکانسین گروه وابسته به مواد عملکرد ضعیفتری نسبت به گروه سالم داشتند. اما در سیستم بازداری رفتاری (BIS) تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت. نتیجهگیری: مصرف مواد مخدر در قشر پره فرونتال مغز و کارکردهای عصب روانشناختی (اجرایی) نقایص بیشتر و درازمدت را نشان میدهد. بررسی بنیادهای عصبی-رفتاری در افراد وابسته به مواد میتواند راهگشای متخصصان در استفاده از برنامههای توانبخشی شناختی و مداخلات پیشگیرانه در اعتیاد باشد.

مقایسه اثربخشی درمان نوروفیدبک و دارودرمانی در درمان اختلال کمبود توجه و بیش فعالی در کودکان شهر اصفهان
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان نوروفیدبک و دارودرمانی در درمان اختلال کمبود توجه و بیشفعالی در کودکان مبتلا به ADHD و مقایسه میزان اثربخشی این دو روش درمان انجام گرفت.روش: با توجه به هدف پژوهش 45 نفر از کودکان مبتلا به اختلال کمبود توجه و بیش فعالی به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شد و در سه گروه (آزمایش و گواه) قرار گرفتند. دارو درمانی و درمان نوروفیدبک، طی جلسات هفتگی در شهر اصفهان انجام شد.در این پژوهش جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه کانرز والدین در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیات اصلی پژوهشی مشخص کرد که اثربخشی دارودرمانی و درمان نوروفیدبک بر مشکلات نقص توجه و مشکلات تکانشگری کودکان از لحاظ آماری معنیدار است. همچنین نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل نشان داد که دارودرمانی در کاهش مشکلات تکانشکری موثرتر از نوروفیدبک بوده است درحالی که درمان نوروفیدبک در درمان مشکلات نقص توجه موثرتر از دارودرمانی عمل کرده است (001>P). نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های این مطالعه نوروفیدبک یک روش درمانی مناسب برای کاهش میزان اختلال کمتوجهی و بیشفعالی در کودکان است.

تاثیر توانبخشی نوروسایکولوژیکی از طریق نرم افزار بر عملکرد توجه مستمر در دانش آموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری خواندن
مقدمه: مشکلات خواندن یکی از اساسی ترین مشکلاتی است که کودکان دچار ناتوانی یادگیری با آن مواجه هستند. پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف بررسی تاثیر درمان توانبخشی نوروسایکولوژیکی از طریق نرم افزار بر عملکرد توجه مستمر در دانش آموزان با ناتوانی خواندن انجام شد. روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر به صورت نیمه آزمایشی با دو گروه آزمودنی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شهر تبریز در سال 1395 بود، و نمونه مورد نظر از مناطق پنچگانه اختلالات یادگیری انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی بود. بدین صورت که یک گروه 10 نفره شامل افراد مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری خواندن و 10 نفر نیز شامل گروه گواه بود. یعنی افرادی که مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری هستند اما مداخله ای برای آنها صورت نگرفت. تعداد جلسات درمانی 20 جلسه بود و هر جلسه 45 دقیقه به طول می انجامید. ابزار پژوهش شامل برنامه کامپیوتری توانبخشی نوروسایکولوژیکی Sound Smart و آزمون عملکرد پیوسته بود. در این آزمون، آزمودنی ها با یک سری از محرک های متوالی در یک دوره زمانی مشخص مواجه می شوند که وظیفه آنها ارایه پاسخ در برابر ادراک محرک هدف است، و برای یافتن اختلال در عملکرد توجه پایدار استفاده می شود. یافته ها: تحلیل داده ها استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین میانگین نمره های پیش آزمون و پس آزمون گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت (001/0>(p.

مقایسه اثربخشی مداخلات عصب روانشناختی و روش دیویس بر عملکرد خواندن دانشآموزان نارساخوان پایه اول و دوم ابتدایی
مقدمه: در پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی مداخلات عصبروانشناختی و روش دیویس برعملکرد خواندن دانش آموزان نارساخوان پایة اول و دوم ابتدایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش: طرح پژوهش آزمایشی و از نوع پیشآزمون – پسآزمون – پیگیری با گروه کنترل است. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشآموزان نارساخوان پایه اول و دوم ابتدایی است که، درسال تحصیلی 95-94 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونه پژوهش نیز شامل 45 دانشآموز نارسا خوان (15 نفر به روش عصبروانشناختی و 15 نفر به روش دیوس مورد درمان قرار گرفتند و 15 نفر دانشآموز که هیچ مداخلهای روی آنها صورت نگرفت)، به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چند مرحلهای انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار به کار رفته در این پژوهش آزمون تشخیص اختلال خواندن بر اساس DSM-5، آزمون عملکرد خواندن معلمساخته و آزمون هوش ریون کودکان بود. درگروههای آزمایشی، روش مداخله عصبروانشناختی و مداخله به روش دیویس به مدت 16 جلسة 40 دقیقهای برای هرکدام از دو گروه ارائه گردید. دادهها با نرم افزار spss و آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی توکی تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات پسآزمون خواندن گروههای آزمایشی با گروه کنترل، تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (001/0 ≥P ). نتایج مقایسههای زوجی نیز نشان داد که نمرات زمون گروه عصبروانشناختی به طور معناداری نسبت به روش دیویس کارآمدتر بود (001/0 ≥P).نتیجهگیری: مداخلات عصبروانشناختی میتواند رویکردی مؤثر در درمان ناتوانیهای یادگیری خواندن (نارساخوانی) باشد[z1] [z2] .

اثر بخشی تحریک فراجمجمهای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(tDCS) بر بازداری رفتاری در تیپ شخصیتی A و فعالسازی رفتاری در تیپ شخصیتی B
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی تحریک فراجمجمهای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(tDCS) بر فعالسازی و بازداری در تیپ شخصیتی A و B انجام شده است. روش: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی بود که بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. جامعه پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه پیامنور واحد تهران جنوب بودند که در سال تحصیلی 95-96 مشغول به تحصیل بودند و تعداد کل نمونه شامل 40 نفر از افرادی که در پرسشنامه تیپ شخصیتی A و B امتیاز تیپ شخصیتی A را بدست آوردهاند و همچنین در پرسشنامه تیپ شخصیتی A و B امتیاز تیپ شخصیتی B را کسب کردهاند که به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادههای آماری تحقیق از پرسشنامه تیپ شخصیتی A یا Bو پرسشنامه شخصیتی گری- ویلسون(1989)، استفاده گردیده است. روش اجرا تحریک فراجمجمهای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(tDCS)در این تحقیق به صورت 10 جلسه 20 دقیقه ای تحریک الکتریکی کورتکس مغز بود که فاصله بین جلسات 24 ساعت بود. یافته ها: تحلیل نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی تحریک فراجمجمهای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(tDCS) بر فعالسازی و بازداری در تیپ شخصیتی A و B بود. نتیجه گیری: تحریک فراجمجمهای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(tDCS)بر بازداری رفتاری دانشجویان با تیپ شخصیتی A و فعالسازی رفتاری دانشجویان با تیپ رفتاری B تأثیر معنادار دارد.
