بررسی ارتباط بین هیجانات چهره و امواج الکتروعصبی مغز
مقدمه: هیجان انسان یک موضوع بنیادی است که محققان همواره برای اندازهگیری و تشخیص آن با توجه به تکنولوژی موجود دچار مشکل بودهاند، لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی امواج مغزی با تشخیص احساسات انسانی است تا بتوان بر اساس آن کیفیت و دقت تشخیص هیجان را افزایش داد. روش: روش تحقیق از نوع اکتشافی_آزمایشگاهی است به این صورت که با بهکارگیری ابزار الکتروانسفالوگرافی نسبت به ثبت سیگنالهای مغزی از طریق دستگاه EEG EPOC+ 14 Electrode wireless و همزمان ثبت رمزگشایی چهره از طریق نرمافزار SHORE انجام شده و پس از پاکسازی سیگنالها با استفاده از نرمافزار 3D Brain Visualizer و Xavier TestBench شدت باند فرکانسی و موقعیت آن استخراج گردید، جامعه آماری تحقیق متشکل از 25 نفر بود و محرک در قالب تبلیغی با ماهیت اجتماعی ارائه گردید. یافته ها: پردازش سیگنال مغزی و پردازش تصویر در خصوص چهره از طریق آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که بین حالت هیجانی غمگینی و موج تتا رابطه وجودارد. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر بین امواج مغزی و هیجانات چهره ارتباط وجود دارد و این یافته میتواند بهعنوان یک راهنما و عامل استاندارد در بالا بردن دقت مطالعات و پژوهشهای بالینی و بازاریابی عصبی بهکار گرفته شود چرا که اندازهگیری هیجانات از روی چهره همواره نتایج قابل استناد و دقیقی را ارائه نمیدهد.

بهبود حافظه بینایی و فضایی در نتیجه تمرینات نوروفیدبک با تأکید بر کاهش موج بتا و افزایش موج SMR
تمرینات نوروفیدبک به عنوان یک ابزار مفید و ارزان برای تقویت و افزایش بهبود در انواع حافظه شناخته شده است، با این حال تاکنون تأثیر آن بر حافظه بینایی و فضایی بررسی نشده است. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر بهبود حافظه بینایی و فضایی در نتیجه تمرینات نوروفیدبک با تأکید بر کاهش موج بتا و افزایش موج SMR بود. روش: طرح تحقیق حاضر از نوع درون گروهی و به صورت پیشآزمون _ پسآزمون، روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود. جهت انجام این پژوهش، 11 دانشجو (میانگین سنی 76/2 ± 36/27 ) به صورت داوطلبانه در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. با کسب رضایت نامه آگاهانه، ابتدا پیش آزمون حافظه بینایی از طریق آزمون حافظه کوتاه مدت بینایی دستگاه وینا و حافظه فضایی از طریق دستگاه حافظة فضایی مدل LM-01 از آزمودنی ها گرفته شد. سپس آزمودنی ها به مدت 5 جلسه به تمرینات نوروفیدبک با تأکید بر پروتکل کاهش موج بتا و افزایش موج SMR پرداختند. با اتمام تمرینات پسآزمون به عمل آمد. داده ها از طریق آزمون تی همبسته در سطح معنیداری 05/0≥P تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات نوروفیدبک موجب بهبود معنیدار حافظه بینایی(020/0≥P ) و نیز حافظه فضایی(013/0≥P ) شد. نتیجه گیری: بنابراین می توان تمرینات نوروفیدبک را به عنوان ابزاری مفید برای ارتقای توانایی های شناختی مانند حافظه درنظرگرفت.

تأثیر دستورالعملهای مختلف کانون توجه بر یادگیری مهارت پرتاب از بالای شانه در دانشآموزان کمتوان ذهنی آموزشپذیر
مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی دستورالعمل های مختلف کانون توجه درونی و توجه بیرونی دور و نزدیک بر یادگیری مهارت پرتاب از بالای شانه در دانش آموزان کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر بود. روش: در این پژوهش نیمه تجربی، 12 پسر و 6 دختر با میانگین سنی (8/0±0/13 سال) کم توان ذهنی بر اساس ضریب هوشی 50 تا 75 به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و بر اساس امتیازهای به دست آمده در پیش آزمون در سه گروه توجه درونی، توجه بیرونی نزدیک و توجه بیرونی دور به طور همسان قرار گرفتند. شرکت کنندگان در مرحله اکتساب به شیوه تمرینی مشخص هر گروه در 4 بلوک 8 کوششی با دست برتر پرتاب ها را انجام دادند. بین بلوک های تمرینی 5 دقیقه استراحت وجود داشت. هر سه گروه از فاصله 2 متری مراحل تمرین و یادداری را انجام دادند. بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین، 10 پرتاب به عنوان پس آزمون انجام شد و آزمون یادداری و انتقال، 24 ساعت بعد با 10 پرتاب انجام شد. آزمون انتقال برای هر سه گروه از فاصله 3 متری انجام گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد هر سه گروه تمرینی از پیش آزمون تا انتقال پیشرفت داشتند و در مرحله پس آزمون، اکتساب و یادداری تفاوت معنیداری نشان دادند (5 0/0 ≥P). گروه توجه بیرونی دور به به طور معناداری عملکرد بهتری نسبت به دیگر گروه های آزمایشی داشت و سپس به ترتیب گروه توجه بیرونی نزدیک و درونی بهتر عمل کردند. نتیجه گیری: یراساس یافته های پژوهش، گروه توجه بیرونی قادر به یادگیری پایدارتری بودند که تأییدی بر فرضیه عمل محدوده شده ولف و همکاران (2001) در کودکان کم توان ذهنی است.

بررسی دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و وسوسه مصرف بر اساس حساسیت سیستمهای مغزی- رفتاری و سطوح احساس تنهایی
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و وسوسه مصرف بر اساس حساسیت سیستم های مغزی_رفتاری و سطوح احساس تنهایی بود.روش:در این پژوهش از طرح عاملی گروه های نامعادل استفاده شد.جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان مبتلا به اعتیاد شهر کرمان بودند که در بازه زمانی سال 95-96 جهت ترک اعتیاد به کلینیک ها و مراکز درمانی مراجعه کردند. نمونه اولیه پژوهش، شامل 580 نفر بود که با روش دردسترس انتخاب شدند. طبق نمره احساس تنهایی و سیستم های مغزی_رفتاری، گروه هایی تعیین شد که هر گروه بین 21 تا 24 آزمودنی را شامل شد.برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه عقاید وسوسه انگیز،پرسشنامه پنج عاملی جکسون، مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و مقیاس احساس تنهایی استفاده شد.برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری(دوراههی عاملی) و آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که اثر اصلی سیستم های مغزی رفتاری بر دشواری تنظیم هیجان و وسوسه مصرف معنادار است، اما اثر اصلی احساس تنهایی بر دشواری تنظیم هیجان و وسوسه مصرف معنادار نیست.اثر تعاملی احساس تنهایی و سیستم های مغزی_رفتاری بر دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و وسوسه مصرف معنادار بود.در میان گروه های تعیینشده بر اساس شدت فعالیت سه سیستم های مغزی_رفتاری، بیشترین میزان وسوسه مصرف در گروه FFFS بالا و کمترین آن در FFFS پایین بود. نتیجه گیری:در مجموع، تاثیر احساس تنهایی بر دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و وسوسه مصرف زمانی تشدید و معنادار می شود که اثر تعاملی احساس تنهایی و FFFS بالا مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.

اثربخشی تحریک فراجمجمهای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی (tDCS ) بر حافظه دانشآموزان دارای اختلال یادگیری ویژه
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی تحریک فراجمجمه ای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(tDCS) بر حافظه دانش آموزان دارای اختلال یادگیری ویژه انجام گرفته است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی پیش آزمون_پس آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل است .بدین منظور از میان دانش آموزان دارای اختلال یادگیری که واجد شرایط حضور در پژوهش بودند، 20 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. از آزمون تصاویر هندسی درهم آندره_ری(1942)جهت سنجش متغییر حافظه در قالب پیشتست و پستست استفاده گردید. مناطق F3,F4 دانش آموزان گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه تحت تحریک مغزی قرار گرفت، در حالی که دانش آموزان گروه کنترل در شرایط مشابه صرفاً تحت تحریک شَم قرارداشتند. پروتکل مورد نظر در این پژوهش تحریک دوطرفه ناحیه DLPFC چپ و راست بود که در 2 نوبت 15 دقیقه ای انجام گردید. یافته ها: به منظور آزمون فرضیه پژوهش و به عبارتی تعمیم نتایج بهدست آمده از نمونه به جامعه آماری پژوهش،از تحلیل کوورایانس یک متغیری (ANCOVA)استفاده شد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در بهبود حافظه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد(05/0P< و66/29 F=). از نتایج می توان چنین برداشت کرد که روش تحریک فراجمجم های مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(tDCS) بر عملکرد حافظه دانش آموزان دارای اختلال یادگیری ویژه مؤثر است.

اثربخشی تحریک فراجمجمهای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(TDCS) بر بهبود توجه دیداری در دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه اثربخشی تحریک فراجمجمه ای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(TDCS) بر بهبود توجه دیداری در دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه صورت گرفته است.روش:این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی و به صورت پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد.جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه منطقه2 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی96-95 بود.نمونه گیری به صورت داوطلبانه انجام شد،به این ترتیب که از بین مدارس مقطع متوسطه منطقه2 تهران 3 مدرسه به شکل تصادفی انتخاب شد در مرحله بعد فراخوانی در تابلوی اعلانات این مدارس نصب شد. سپس از داوطلبان دعوت به عمل آمد. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی روانی(SCL-25) و آزمون دقت تولز – پیرون بود.ابتدا پرسشنامه ها به صورت پیش آزمون اجرا شد سپس مداخله تحریک فراجمجمه ای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(TDCS) برای گروه آزمایش انجام شد.در پایان دوره شرکت کنندگان با استفاده از آزمون دقت تولز – پیرون مجدد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند که داده های پس آزمون را تشکیل داد. به منظور بررسی تفاوت پاسخها قبل و بعد از تحریک الکتریکی و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون کوواریانس استفاده شد. یافته ها:نتایج تحقیق پس از مداخله نشان داد بین گروه های آزمایش و کنترل در متغیر توجه دیداری تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: بنابراین می توان گفت تحریک فراجمجمه ای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(TDCS)در بر بهبود توجه دیداری در دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه موثر است.

مقدمه: رسیدن به عملکرد بهینه توجه از مهمترین اهداف ورزشکاران در مسابقات ورزشی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش نوروفیدبک بر توجه و عملکرد در مهارت پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال انجام شد. روش: 24 ورزشکار در هر دو جنس به صورت داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت کردند و در دو گروه 12 نفری جای گرفتند. در پیشآزمون، آزمون توجه انتخابی و توزیعشده و نیز پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال از آزمودنیها به عمل آمد. گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه، پروتکلهای آلفا/تتا و اسامآر/تتا را انجام دادند. سپس از آزمودنیها پسآزمون گرفته شد. دادهها با آزمونهای یومنویتنی و ویلکاکسون و تحلیل کوواریانس مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج تغییر معناداری در بهبود توجه و عملکرد آزمودنیها در گروه آزمایش نشان داد. نتیجهگیری: نوروفیدبک تأثیر قابلتوجهی در بازآموزی فعالیت امواج مغزی برای بهبود عملکرد و توجه در ورزشکاران دارد. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده به روانشناسان ورزشی توصیه میشود از نوروفیدبک برای افزایش توجه و تمرکز و در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد استفاده کنند.

اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای توجه بر مهارتهای عصب-روانشناختی و فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری
مقدمه ناتوانی یادگیری با اختلال در فرایند توجه و یادگیری دانشآموزان، به مرور آنها را دچار دلزدگی و فرسودگی تحصیلی میکند. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای توجه بر مهارتهای عصب- روانشناختی و فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان با ناتوانی یادگیریبود.روش: به منظور انجام این پژوهش نمونهای 30 نفره از جامعه آماری پژوهش (دانشآموزان با ناتوانی یادگیریدوره ابتدایی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 97-1396) به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب و در گروههای آزمایش و گواه به صورت تصادفی گمارش شدند. طرح پژوهش، آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. ابزارهای استفاده شده دراین پژوهش شامل آزمون هوشی ویرایش چهارم (وکسلر، 2003)، آزمون عصب -روان شناختی (کانرز، 2004)، پرسشنامه مشکلات یادگیری (ویلکات و همکاران،2011) و پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی (شائوفلی و همکاران، 2001) بود. قبل از اجرای متغیر مستقل از هر دو گروه پیش آزمون گرفته شد. سپس گروه آزمایش مداخله آموزشی را در طی 9 جلسه آموزشی در طول 2 ماه و نیم دریافت نمود. دادههای به دست آمده توسط تحلیل کواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای توجه بر مهارتهای عصب- روانشناختی و فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری تأثیر معناداری داشته است (f= 197.39, f= 86.09, p به ترتیب 88 و 76 درصد بود. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای حاصل از این پژوهش، میتوان آموزش مهارتهای توجه را به عنوان روشی کارآ برای بهبود مهارتهای عصب- روانشناختی و فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری مورد استفاده قرار داد.

مقدمه : این پژوهش به منظور بررسی کارایی تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم کورتکس مغز(tDCS) بر کاهش و بهبود مشکلات رفتاری کودکان دارای اختلال ADHD 7 الی 12 سال انجام گردید. روش: 22 نفر از کودکانی 7 الی 12 ساله که اختلال ADHD در ایشان توسط یک روانشناس یا روانپزشک تایید شده بود و یا توسط انجام مصاحبه بالینی بر اساس ملاکهای تشخیصی DSM-V و تست کانرز والدین مبتلا به اختلال ADHD تشخیص داده شده بودند به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. پیش از مداخله،سیاهه رفتاری کودکان برای کودکان هر دو گروه اجرا گردید.برای گروه آزمایشی در نقاط FC3 و FC4 طی مدت 15 روز مداخله تحریک الکتریکی کورتکس مغز انجام گرفت.سیاهه رفتاری کودکان پس از مداخله و مجددا به فاصله دو ماه از اتمام مداخله از کودکان گرفته شد. یافتهها: تحلیل دادههای پژوهش به کمک شاخصهای مرکزی میانگین و انحراف معیار و به کارگیری واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر نشان داد میان ویژگیهای رفتاری کودکان تحت مداخله با روش (tDCS) و کودکان گروه گواه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجهگیری: تحریک الکتریی کورتکس مغز در نواحی FC3 و FC4 میتواند به بهبود ویژگیهای رفتاری و کاهش علایم اختلال ADHD در کودکان دارای اختلال ADHD کمک نماید.

بررسی بدکارکردیهای عصب روانشناختی و نقص نظریه ذهن در افراد با رگههای اختلال شخصیت مرزی
مقدمه: اختلال شخصیت مرزی یکی از شایعترین اختلالات روانپزشکی است. ویژگی اساسی اختلال شخصیت مرزی یک الگوی فراگیر بیثباتی روابط بین فردی، تصور خود، تمایلات و تکانشگری علامت دار است که از اوایل بزرگسالی شروع میشود و در انواع زمینه ها موجود است. با این حال، شواهدی وجود دارد که تغییرات عصب روانشناختی در ویژگیهای بالینی این بیماران نقش مهمی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بدکارکردیهای عصب روانشناختی و نقص نظریه ذهن در افراد با رگه های اختلال شخصیت مرزی و عادی انجام گرفت. روش: تعداد 30 نفر از دانشجویان با رگه های اختلال شخصیت مرزی و 30 نفر از دانشجویان عادی با پرسشنامه شخصیت مرزی(BPI) انتخاب شدند. سپس آزمون دسته بندی کارتهای ویسکانسین، پرسشنامه تکانشگری بارت، آزمون بلوکهای کرسی، آزمون ریسک پذیری بادکنکی و آزمون ذهنخوانی از روی تصاویر چشم بر روی هر دو گروه اجرا شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره(MANOVA)نشان داد که بین دوگروه در متغیرهای انعطاف پذیری شناختی، تکانشگری، حافظه کاری دیداری فضایی و نظریه ذهن تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد(0001/0> p)، در حالیکه در تصمیم گیری مخاطره آمیز تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد(58/0= p ). نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که افراد با رگه های اختلال شخصیت مرزی نقایصی را در انعطاف پذیری شناختی، تکانشگری، حافظه کاری دیداری فضایی و نظریه ذهن نشان می دهند.
