ساخت و رواسازی آزمون عصب - روان شناختی تشخیص اختلالهای یادگیری غیرکلامی برای کودکان دبستانی
مقدمه : نقص ودشواری درکارکردهای عصب-روان شناختی ، مهمترین مولفه درنشانگان اختلالهای یادگیری غیرکلامی است.هدف پژوهش حاضر،ساخت،اعتباریابی و رواسازی آزمون عصب-روان شناختی تشخیص اختلالهای یادگیری غیرکلامی بود. روش:روش پژوهش توصیفی – پیمایشی است.جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دختر و پسر دوره ابتدایی شهرستانهای استان البرزاست که درسال تحصیلی 97-1396مشغول به تحصیل بودند. گروه نمونه شامل 480 دانش آموز پایه اول تا ششم ابتدایی استان البرز بودکه با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدندوبا آزمون محقق ساخته ،خرده آزمون استدلال ادراکی وخرده آزمون درک مطلب کلامی ازمقیاس هوشی وکسلر کودکان چهار مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند.روایی صوری ومحتوایی مقیاس مورد تایید دونفر متخصص دراین زمینه قرار گرفت .همچنین برای بررسی روایی صوری ، ازنمرات تأثیرآیتم استفاده شد.روایی محتوایی با دوروش شاخص نسبت روایی محتواوشاخص روایی محتوابررسی شد.روایی همزمان آزمون با استفاده ازخرده آزمون استدلال ادراکی از مقیاس هوشی وکسلر کودکان چهار وروایی تفکیکی(تشخیصی) آزمون با استفاده ازخرده آزمون درک مطلب کلامی از مقیاس هوشی وکسلرکودکان چهاربررسی شد. برای بررسی روایی سازه ، ازروش تحلیل عاملی به شیوه مولفههای اصلی و ازچرخش عوامل از نوع واریماکس استفاده شد. یافته ها :نتایج ، تایید کننده روایی صوری ومحتوایی ،روایی همزمان، روایی تفکیکی و روایی سازه بود. پایایی آزمون محقق ساخته از طریق محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ ، 81/0 و با روش دونیمه کردن 78/0 بود. بهترین نقطه برش بالینی آزمون 5/18 بدست آمد. نتیجه گیری :براساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آزمون تشخیص اختلالهای یادگیری غیرکلامی ازروایی وپایایی کافی برخورداراست ومیتواند به عنوان ابزاری معتبر برای تشخیص اختلالهای یادگیری غیرکلامی دردوره ابتدایی مورد استفاده قرارگیرد.

اثرات یک جلسه تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمهای بر چرخش ذهنی تصاویر دست و حافظه دیداری فضایی
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات یک جلسه تحریک الکتریکی فرا جمجمهای بر چرخش ذهنی تصاویر دست و حافظه دیداری-فضایی انجام گردید.روش: 54 نفر از دانشجویان راست دست دانشکده تربیتبدنی دانشگاه تهران، به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و سپس به شکل تصادفی به دو گروه تحریک(27نفر) و شم(27نفر) تقسیم و هر کدام از این دو گروه نیز در دو زیرگروه F4 و P4 توزیع شدند(در مجموع چهار گروه). قبل و بعد از تحریک الکتریکی، آزمودنیها تکلیف چرخش ذهنی و آزمون کرسی را تکمیل نمودند.یافته ها: نتایج مشخص کرد که بین پیشآزمون و پسآزمون آزمودنیها در زمان پاسخ و دقت پاسخ چرخش ذهنی و زمان پاسخ، فراخنا در حافظه دیداری-فضایی، در هر دو نقطه در گروه تحریک تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. در گروه شم تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. مقایسه اثرات دو نقطه در چرخش ذهنی نشان داد آزمودنیها در نقطه F4 سریعتر و دقیقتر پاسخ دادهاند. در آزمون کرسی هم تنها در زمان پاسخ رو به جلو تفاوت معنادار به نفع F4 مشاهده شد. نتیجه گیری: یافتههای پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که میتوان از تحریک هر دو نقطه F4 و P4 برای بهبود چرخش ذهنی و نیز حافظه دیداری-فضایی استفاده کرد اما F4 در مقایسه با P4 نتایج بهتری را به همراه داشت.

نقش واسطهای مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی در رابطه بین سیستم فعالساز رفتاری با اعتیاد به تمرینات ورزشی در ورزشکاران پرورش اندام
مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه بین سیستم فعالساز رفتاری و اعتیاد به تمرینات ورزشی با واسطه گری مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی صورت گرفت. روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی بود که 300 نفر (181 پسر و 119 دختر) از ورزشکاران پرورش اندام شهرستان خوی در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای بر اساس منطقه شهری و باشگاه انتخاب شده و سیاهه اعتیاد به تمرین-فرم کوتاه، مقیاس سیستم های فعالسازی/ بازداری رفتاری، پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان را تکمیل نمودند. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی و سیستم فعالساز رفتاری با اعتیاد به تمرینات ورزشی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد، اما با سیستم بازداری رفتاری رابطه معناداری یافت نشد. مدل ارائه شده از برازش مطلوبی با داده ها برخوردار بوده و سیستم فعالساز رفتاری با اثر مستقیم (001/0pنتیجه گیری: یافته های این مطالعه ضرورت توجه به سیستم فعالساز رفتاری به عنوان یک متغیر زیستی بنیادی و مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی به صورت میانجی در آسیب پذیری ورزشکاران پرورش اندام در اعتیاد به تمرینات ورزشی نشان می دهند..

مقایسه کارکردهای اجرایی بیماران دوقطبی نوع I و افراد بهنجار با استفاده از آزمون های ویسکانسین و برج لندن
مقدمه:عملکرد اجرایی،یک سیستم چند بعدی همراه با پردازشهای چندگانه است که در بیماران دوقطبی،صدمه دیده است، لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه کارکردهای اجرایی بیماران دوقطبی نوع I که به مدت 5 سال تحت درمان توانبخشی قرار داشتند و افراد بهنجار است.روش:پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی مقایسه ای است که روی دو گروه 30 نفره از بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک که از سال 91 تحت درمان توانبخشی بودند و یک گروه از افراد بهنجار که با بیماران دوقطبی همتاسازی شدند، انجام شد. ابزارهای مورد مطالعه نسخه کامپیوتری آزمون ویسکانسین و برج لندن بود. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری مانوا مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد بین دو گروه در کارکردهای اجرایی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد(88/0=partial h2 و00/0< P و 66/20=(21و8)F).نتیجه گیری:بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمدهبا وجود آنکه بیماران دوره های درمانی متعدد توانبخشی را در طول چندین سال گذرانده اند اما صدمات شناختی آنها همچنان پایدار بوده است.

اثربخشی آموزش پردازش حسی بر بهبود مهارتهای عصبروان شناختی دانشآموزان نارساخوان
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی راهبردهای پردازش حسی بر بهبود مهارتهای عصبروانشناختی دانشآموزان پایه چهارم نارساخوان انجام گرفت.روش: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی و از طرح پیشآزمون – پسآزمون با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. به این منظور از بین دانشآموزان نارسا خوان در شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری چندمرحلهای و با توجه به ملاکهای ورود به پژوهش30 دانشآموز انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش(15نفر) و گروه کنترل(15نفر) گمارده شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس هوشی وکسلر کودکان ویرایش چهارم و مقیاس عصبروانشناختی کانرز استفاده شد. دادههای به دست آمده با روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین نمرههای پیشآزمون و پسآزمون مهارتهای عصبروانشناختی معنیداری وجود دارد(05/0 P. نتیجهگیری:یافتهها نشان میدهد که راهبردهای پردازش حسی تأثیر مثبتی بر مهارتهای عصبروانشناختی دانشآموزان داشته و موجب بهبود عملکرد عصبروانشناختی در آنان شده است.

پیش بینی خطای شناختی حافظه بر اساس خودکار آمدی تحصیلی، عاطفه منفی و افسردگی
مقدمه:خطای شناختی حافظه، موضوع مهمی است که در سالهای اخیر مورد توجه قرار گرفت و در این زمینه بررسی های خوبی صورت گرفته است.هدف از پژوهش حاضر، پیش بینی خطای شناختی حافظه بر اساس خودکارآمدی تحصیلی، عاطفه منفی و افسردگی بود.روش: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را دانشجوبان دانشگاه پیام نور اهواز تشکیل داده بودند که 200نفر از آنان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند.در پژوهش حاضر، از پرسشنامه های خودکارآمدی تحصیلی(1396)،عاطفه مثبت و منفی(1988)،فشار روانی(1995)و خطای شناختی حافظه(1396) استفاده گردید.داده های پژوهش، با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد که بین خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و خطای شناختی حافظه رابطه منفی،و بین عاطفه منفی و افسردگی و خطای شناختی حافظه رابطه مثبت وجود دارد.ضمنا عاطفه منفی بیشترین سهم را در پیش بینی خطای شناختی حافظه به خود اختصاص داد. نتیجه گیری:تحقیق حاضر پیشنهاد می دهد بر اساس متغیرهای خودکارآمدی تحصیلی،عاطفه منفی و افسردگی میتوان خطای شناختی حافظه را پیش بینی نمود.

اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر بهبود حافظهکاری در کودکان مبتلا به نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی
مقدمه:در کودکان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی، نقصهایی در کارکردهای اجرایی بخصوص حافظه کاری دیده میشود. با توجه به اهمیت اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی در این کودکان، پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی در بهبود حافظه کاری در کودکان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی انجام شد.روش:پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با ﻃﺮﺡ پیشﺁﺯﻣﻮن ـ ﭘﺲﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ و ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﮐﻨﺘﺮﻝ بود. جامعه آماری شامل کودکان 7 تا 12 سالی بود که توسط کارشناسان روانشناسی مرکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش کرمانشاه مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیشفعالی تشخیص داده شده بودند. 20 نفر از آنها به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. از هردو گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله آزمون گرفته شد. افراد گروه آزمایش 12 جلسه (هفته ای 2 جلسه 1 ساعته) درمان توانبخشی شناختی کاپیتان لاگ نسخه 2014 دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل درمانی دریافت نکردند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه کانرز-فرم والدین، مقیاس سنجش کانرز-فرم معلم و آزمون حافظه کاری ان-بک بود. داده ها به روش تحلیل کوواریانس با استفاده ازspss-23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: نتایج بیانگر آن بود که بین دو گروه بعد از تمرینات توانبخشی شناختی، در نمره حافظه کاری تفاوت معنادار بود.نتیجه گیری:بنابراین چنین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که توانبخشی شناختی بر بهبود حافظه کاری در کودکان دارای نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی مؤثر است

اثربخشی تحریک فراجمجمهای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی(tDCS) برتعاملات اجتماعی و انتقال توجه در کودکان دارای اختلالات طیف اوتیسم
مقدمه: اختلالات طیف اوتیسم اختلالاتی رشدیعصبی هستندکه به وسیله نقص در تعاملات اجتماعی و ارتباطات و رفتارهای تکراری مشخص می شوند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم مغز برتعاملات اجتماعی و انتقال توجه در کودکان دارای اختلالات طیف اوتیسم بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی بود. در این مطالعه 20 کودک مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم که به مراکز اعصاب و روان استان یزد مراجعه کردهبودند به شیوه نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی به دوگروهA و B تقسیم شدند. نمره تعاملات اجتماعی و انتقال توجه در سه نوبت زمانی بعد از تحریک ساختگی، بعد از تحریک واقعی و دوماه پس از درمان که از طریق آزمون تشخیص اوتیسم گارزو پرسشنامه بریف به دست آمد مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. مداخله شامل 10 جلسه تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم بود. بیماران گروه Aدر ابتدا 5 جلسه تحریک ساختگی و بیمارن گروه B 5 جلسه تحریک واقعی دریافت کردند و پس از گذشت 5 جلسه درمانهای دوگروه جابجا شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در دو سطح توصیفی(میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) واستنباطی(آنالیز واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر ) و توسط نرمافزار spss21انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج آنالیز واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر نشان داد نمره تعاملات اجتماعی و انتقال توجه بلافاصله بعد از درمان (001/0p نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم میتواند در برنامه توانبخشی این بیماران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

مقدمه: اختلال خواندن یکی از انواع رایج اختلال یادگیری است که به نقص در اکتساب مهارت خواندن اشاره دارد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی اثربخشی مداخله بازیهای فعال برحافظه کاری دانشآموزان با اختلال خواندن بود. روش:این پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل انجام شد. 30 کودک 7 تا 9 ساله با اختلال خواندن در شهرستان اهواز به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. در مرحله پیشآزمون از تمام شرکتکنندگان آزمون حافظه کاری گرفته شد و سپس شرکتکنندگان به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایشی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 6 هفته و هر هفته 2 جلسه تحت مداخله برنامه بازیهای فعال قرار گرفت. هدف اصلی این برنامه بهکارگیری عضلات مختلف بالاتنه و پایین تنه برای انجام فعالیتهایی هوازی مختلف بود. پس از اتمام جلسات تمرینی، پسآزمون به عمل آمد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که یک دوره مداخله با رویکرد بازیهای فعال میتواند موجب بهبود مؤلفه های حافظه کاری ارقام پیشرونده (001/0=p)، ارقام پسرونده(001/0=p)، حافظه منطقی (005/0Pنتیجه گیری: به طور کلی می توان گفت که یک دوره بازی ها فعال می تواند باعث بهبود حافظه کاری در کودکان با اختلال خواندن شود. بنابراین به مربیان و معلمان و افرادی که با کودکان با اختلال خواندن سر وکار دارند. پیشنهاد می شود که بازی های فعال را در مداخلات تمرینی خود مدنظر داشته باشند و از آن استفاده نمایند.

اثربخشی مداخله توانبخشی شناختی رایانهمحور بر بهبود حافظه فعال بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی در شهر تبریز
مقدمه:امروزه سکته مغزی از شایعترین بیماری های نورولوژیک ناتوان کننده در جهان است.بروز عوارض شناختی یکی از مشکلات شایع در افراد مبتلا به سکته مغزی است.از این رو این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر توانبخشی شناختی رایانه محور بر عملکرد حافظه فعال بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی انجام گرفت.روش: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. در این پژوهش30 بیمار 30 تا 65 ساله مبتلا به سکته مغزی که ملاک های ورود به پژوهش را داشتند،به صورت تصادفی به گروه های آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند.افراد گروه آزمایش، با استفاده از نرمافزار توانبخشی شناختی Captain’s Log،21 جلسه آموزش دیدند و افراد گروه کنترل در آن دوره هیچ گونه مداخله ای دریافت نکردند.در این پژوهش آزمون حافظه فعال وکسلر(مقیاس حافظه عددی)و آزمون حافظه کاری فضایی کمبریج در پیش آزمون و پسآزمون به کار رفت.یافته ها:نتایج تحلیل انکوا حاکی از آن است که تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین نمرات حافظه فعال گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل در پسآزمون وجود دارد.نتیجه گیری:یافته ها نشان داد که توانبخشی شناختی رایانه محور،حافظه فعال مبتلایان به سکته مغزی را بهبود می بخشد و میتوان از آن به عنوان روش موثر و مفیدی برای بهبود عملکرد حافظه این گونه بیماران سود جست.
