Journal Article 2019 05 15 <strong>Aims: </strong>The aim of the current study was to compare the effectiveness of two therapeutic methods of reality therapy and neurofeedback to improve the quality of life of breast cancer women. <strong>Methods:</strong> In a semi-experimental design, a number of 45 breast cancer patients were selected by the available sampling methods in 2018 in Amol city and randomly divided into three equal groups. Inform consent provided and inclusion/exclusion criteria were controlled for. The QLQ-C30 and QLQ-BR23 instruments in three stages of pretest, posttest and two months follow-up completed by all subjects. The first and second groups respectively were received the reality therapy and neurofeedback separately, while no intervention administered on the third group. Research data were analyzed using a multivariate analysis of covariance. <strong>Findings:</strong> Significant differences were found between the experimental groups and the waiting list group for the quality of life variables(p <strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر به منظور مقایسه­ اثربخشی دو روش درمانی واقعیت­ درمانی و نوروفیدبک بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه انجام گرفت. <strong>روش:</strong> در طرحی نیمه­ آزمایشی تعداد 45 بیمار سرطان سینه با شیوه نمونه­ گیری در دسترس در سال 1398 از شهر آمل انتخاب و به‌ صورت تصادفی به سه گروه مساوی تقسیم شدند. رضایت آگاهانه از بیماران اخذ شد و معیارهای ورود و خروج کنترل شدند. پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی عمومی بیماران سرطانی و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی اختصاصی سرطان سینه در سه مرحله پیش­ آزمون، پس­ آزمون و پیگیری دوماهه توسط همه   آزمودنی­ ها تکمیل شدند. دو گروه اول و دوم به طور مجزا به ترتیب واقعیت­ درمانی و نوروفیدبک دریافت کردند، درحالی که گروه سوم در لیست انتظار ماند و درمانی دریافت نکرد. داده‌های پژوهش به‌وسیله آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شد. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> تفاوت­ های معناداری میان میانگین گروه­ های آزمایش و گروه لیست انتظار در متغیرهای کیفیت زندگی مشاهده شد(P https://clpsy.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_6758_2e91985cc2ff5d48fea9bca2282803b6.pdf
