چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی و بازی درمانی بر بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان دارای تومور مغزی انجام گرفته است. روش: پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعــه کاربردی و نیمه آزمایشی با طرح سری های زمانی با چند گروه است. نمونه پژوهش، شامل 45 کودک 7 تا 10 ساله مبتلا به تومور مغزی بود که به صورت هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن ملاک هایی برای ورود و خروج از بیمارستان محک انتخاب شدند. این افراد به روش تصادفی در 3 گروه 15 نفره (گروه 1: توانبخشی شناختی، گروه 2: توانبخشی شناختی همراه با بازی درمانی، گروه 3: گروه کنترل) جایگزین شدند. گروه‌های آزمایش در 8 جلسه مداخلات مربوطه را اخذ کردند و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری 1 ماهه ازگروه ها، با پرسشنامه کارکردهای اجرایی بریف (BRIEF) انجام یافت. جهت تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس بین- درون آزمودنی های آمیخته (SPANOVA) با نرم افزار spss21 استفاده شد. یافته ها: طبق نتایج حاصل، نقص کارکردهای اجرایی، در کودکان هر دو گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش یافته بود و در پیگیری ثبات داشت. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد، این مداخلات می توانند برای کودکان دارای تومور مغزی به کار روند. البته درمان توانبخشی ادغام شده با بازی درمانی، برای بهبود مهارت های شناختی کودکان دارای تومور مغزی مناسب تر است.

Aim: This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation and play therapy on improving the executive functions of children with brain tumors. Method: The study was a practical research and a time series quasi-experimental design with multiple groups. The sample included 45 children between 7 and 10 years old with brain tumors selected from Mahak Hospital purposefully and by considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The subjects were randomly replaced in 3 groups of 15 people (group 1: cognitive rehabilitation; group 2: cognitive rehabilitation with play therapy; group 3: control group). The experimental groups received relevant interventions in 8 sessions, and the control group did not receive any intervention. The pre-test, post-test and 1-month follow-up of the participants of all 3 groups were conducted with the Executive Function questioner (BRIEF). In order to analyze the data, split-plot ANOVA design (SPANOVA) with spss21 software was used.
Findings: According to the results, the deficit of executive functions in children of both experimental groups was reduced compared to the control group and was stable in the follow-up. Conclusion: The result showed these interventions can be used for children with brain tumors. Of course, the use of rehabilitation therapy integrated with play therapy is more suitable for improving the cognitive skills of children with brain tumors.
