چکیده

هدف: اختلال نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی اختلالی شایع در کودکان است که با بی‌توجهی و تکانشگری مشخص می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه‌ی اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای در دو ناحیه‌ی پشتی-جانبی پیش پیشانی و گیجگاهی-آهیانه‌ای بر نظریه ذهن درکودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه– بیش‌فعالی بود. روش: این پژوهش به روش نیمه آزمایشی و طرح آن پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری بود. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل دانش آموزان دارای نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی در شهر تهران در سال1401بود که از بین آن‌ها ۴۵ نفر با تشخیص اولیه اختلال نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی با روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه۱۵نفریِ تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای در ناحیه پشتی-جانبی پیش پیشانی، تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای ناحیه‌ گیجگاهی-آهیانه‌ای و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای در دو ناحیه‌ی عنوان شده در۱0جلسه با شدت جریان1میلی آمپر و مدت زمان20دقیقه دردو گروه برای کودکان استفاده شد. برای سنجش نظریه ذهن از پرسشنامه‌ی استرینمن وآزمون ذهن خوانی از طریق چشم بارون کوهن استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: آزمون تحلیل واریانس برای مقایسه سه گروه در نظریه ذهن و در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری انجام شد. هر دو مداخله در سطح001/0معنی‌دار و بر نظریه ذهن اثربخش بود. تحریک ناحیه گیجگاهی-آهیانه‌ای نظریه ذهن را افزایش داد اما اثربخشیِ تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای در ناحیه‌ی پشتی-جانبی پیش پیشانی بر نظریه ذهن بیشتر بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، این مداخلات بر نظریه ذهن اثرگذاربوده ومی‌تواند به عنوان درمان مکمل برای کودکان دارای نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Aim:Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a common disorder in children characterized by inattention and impulsivity. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of transcranial direct current stimulation in the dorso-lateral prefrontal and temporal- parietal regions on theory of mind in children with ADHD. Method:This research was semi-experimental and its design was pre-test, post-test with control and follow-up groups. The statistical population included students with ADHD in Tehran, among whom 45 people with primary diagnosis of ADHD were selected using the available sampling method and were randomly divided into three groups of 15 people with transcranial direct electrical stimulation in the dorso-lateral Prefrontal region, transcranial direct current stimulation of the temporal-parietal region and the control group were included. In this research, transcranial direct current stimulation was used in the twomentioned areas in 12 sessions with a current intensity of 1 milliamp and a duration of 20 minutes in two groups for children. To measure the theory of mind, the Strainman questionnaire and the mind reading test through the eyes of Baron Cohen were used.
Results:Variance analysis test was performed to compare three groups in theory of mind and in pre-test, post-test and follow-up stages. Both interventions were significant at 0.01 level and effective on theory of mind. Stimulation of the temporal-parietal region increased theory of mind, but the effectiveness of transcranial direct current stimulation in the dorso-lateral prefrontal region was greater on theory of mind.
Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, these interventions have an effect
